i finally got all recommendations from all the local guilds im so happy and i got my staff of soul trap. does anyone in the game sell a spell that picks average locks?

I thinker there is, but I know for a fact that there's no one in the game that sells open spells Hard and up.

If you can't find somebody, you can make one yourself.

Volanaro in the bruma guild sells one

You can buy an Open Average Lock spell from Orintur or Volanaro.

Actually, you can buy an Open Hard Lock spell from Gaspar Stegine, Orintur, and Raminus Polus.

yh u can buy 'open hard lock' cos thats how i got it. and you can only make spells if you have the right spells, so you can only make and open very hard lock, if you have that spell.

No, to make an 'Open' spell you need an 'Open' spell; the magnitude (i.e difficulty) of the spell is irrelevent.
