How do I know if i have cleared the Cache files?

Hey people, my game has been running slow again, so i'm trying to clear the cache files, but I'm just not sure if i've done it successfully or not. There hasn't really been a change in the game speed either. Can anyone tell me how you can tell that you've cleared the cache? Thanks.

I guess you mean your temp folder ? in xp or vista or other ?
If that is on a consoll I doesn´t have a clue

Lol, yeah it's on the 360 sorry, should have said sooner, something like you hold down "A" while the game loads to do it.

If it took several seconds longer for the Bethesda logo to show up on the screen than usual,your cache got cleared out.

When you flip through the tabs within the in-game menu by pressing "LT" or "RT", you'll notice that it takes a moment for it to change tab.
