for some reason, I doubt you found the eltonbrand on your own...
the fork of horripilation is used for a quest
piece of coin...? seems vaguely familiar but i dont recall...
Something wierd/annoying...

This isn't an object rather me being silly!
On occassion I forget to use my hot key to "Recall" and hit someone instead... I've often ended in in what I can only described as a brawl!
Yeah I pick the moment when the area is full of Guards/Ordinators etc.
Sometimes it's fun to dish out a few beatings mostly though I feel rather silly as I have neglected to save for quite a while...

Those first three are more 'easter egg' or dev humor than bugs in the game.
The coin that Wulf gives you will grant you the 'Power of the Emporer' ability when you accept it. The power allows you to fortify your luck 20pts for 120 seconds. If you are a member of the Imperial Cult, Varian will explain to you that he was actually the earthly avatar of Tiber Septim.
The Imperial Library site has a page listing the various easter eggs in the game, including an explanation for Eltonbrand.

IN the quest for bloodmoon the proving your strength for the skaal if you have killed the guard in the great hall on accident (wanted his armor) you can no longer finish the main quest and go on to the seige on skaal tribe.
SOrt of glitch but mostly an oops i screwed up.

Best bug in the game is being able to jump through the wall near the Census and Excise Office so you can do whatever you like without any legal repercussions. Not being able to save gets annoying however.

Lol, no saving, but you can go on a rampage or what?
I got a few.
1)Swimming mudcrab, not sure if they're supposed to swim but it was first time I saw that.
2)People that are supposed to stay in one area move very slowly and block my way through doors, like the guild guide at Balmora. Also stilt strider in Balmora, was hovering off the platform.
3)Slaughterfish on land. Very wierd. I attacked it then it slowly moved to the ocean.
4)Bull Netch stuck in a tree. Again very odd.
That's all the bugs and glitches I can think of right now.

Yeah, with the no saving thing, you know the limeware platter trick, where the guard says "I'll let you go now, but don't do it again", that's all that happens when you break the law. I went to Ghostgate, nicked all the glass armour, then went back to the census and excise office, and got into the game properly, it was awesome.

The guy that gives you Silth strider travel in Ald-Ruhn was at Strider's foot instead of on the "pad"

Awsome, Glass armor at begining. So you could take anything that you could carry? How do you do this?
The stilt strider guy at Balmora was hovering over the edge of the platform.

You know where the barrel with the magic ring is to begin with? Well, you can stand against the other wall of that house thing, up next to the stone city wall, and jump into the corner between the two. It'll let you through.
Sorry about the bad explanation, someone with the PC version may be able to give you a screenshot.
