Spoiler:
Ah! Yes!
"Well, Ashley, I had better go." Ashriel finally said.

Ashley nodded sadly. "Stay safe, kid. Come over to New Arriash once this is all over" She said. The two shook hands and separated once again.

Aarys shivered slightly, responding to the cold that fell with the snow. She subconsciously nuzzled closer to Valentin.

Spoiler:
Hey! You're back!
Valentin sighed as Aarys' warmth comforted him in the cold tent. He fell asleep quickly.
"Uhh...Shut up, Beavis!"

Spoiler:
Alright. I was waiting for LtGt to get back. Just so guys guys know, when someone has to leave for a little while, the story will slow down a bit. Because I know how to feels to be gone for a while and be forced to catch up on 100 new pages when I get back. But everyone can still post at will. The progression of the story will just slow down.
It was still night when Logan suddenly threw a small stone at each of the mortals. "Time to get up, ladies and gents!" he said. "We've got to move! Shards are beginning to search for us! We gotta start packin' up! Let's go!"

It was snowing harder now, and wind was beginning to get progressively stronger. It was very cold. The One sat in front of the weakened fire in a meditative position. Lyra and Drago had each climbed a nearby tree in order to keep watch for distant enemies.

Gladro groaned as he awoke. He made sure he was fully dressed and had all his belongings with him as he steped ouside the tent. "I'm no bloody Frost Elf, it is as cold as Scelestus' heart out here." said Gladro.
So we have come to solve every squabble in the village personally?

"I'll only come if Ashriel's dead!" Hremai yelled from inside the tent, not sitting up, keeping under her blanket, eyes closed.

Logan entered Hremai's tent, grabbed the Drow by her ankles, and pulled her outside with the blanket. "You will be dead if the ICA finds you!"

"It has never been this cold during the dawn of the winter season." said the One. "Something about this year...is different. Perhaps the Immortal Commission realizes that the prochecy is coming true."

Aarys yawned groggily, cracking her eyes open. She started when she felt Valentin's arm over her. She gingerly removed herself from the sleeping bag. After the warmth lent by the sleeping bag and Valentin's nearness, her almost naked body was shivering violently. She pulled on her clothes as quickly as possible. She stooped over Valentin's still immobile form, pressing her lips to his ear. "Valentin..." She murmured urgently. "Get up. You need to get up."

"That would be a welcome change, as a matter of fact," Hremai mumbled, sitting up on the ground, rubbing her eyes.

"Aarys," Valentin complained. "The sun isn't even rising yet. Go back to sleep."

He pulled Aarys back under the blanket and kissed her on the cheek.
Spoiler:
First, you can't get me to sleep. Now, you can't get me to wake up.

Aarys tried to stifle a contagious yawn. And failed. "Look, I'd rather be in bed too. Logan and Lyra said that they are converging on us." She suddenly stood up, grinning impishly. "So, as much as it pains me to do this, Valentin..." She pulled off his blanket with a flourish.

"Well..." Valentin mumbled, not knowing what to say. He stood and threw on his shirt, pants, boots, jacket, and gloves. He rubbed his face, slapping himself lightly in an attempt to wake himself up. "It's pretty damn cold out."

Warts. That's a charming name.
Valentin smiled. "And I love the look on your face when you blush. It's innocent. It's beautiful."

Aarys glanced around. "At least we're in the forest..." She murmured, sighing wistfully. "Some warm weather would be welcome, though..."
