"Ever try to bring someone dead back to life?" James asked with a snarky smile.

"I got a little carried away one time." Cyril replied barely audible. "I didn't realize..."

James' face became more serious as he heard Cyril speak. "Oh, hey, I'm sorry. I was just joking. I didn't think you would have actually...well look at me being an ass. Now I owe you two drinks."

"Don't worry about it. Not like you could have known." Cyril said, slightly louder than before but still as if he was talking more to himself than to James.

James gave Jessica a quick look that she knew to mean 'We should be careful around this guy' before continuing. "Still, I feel bad. It's never fun to drag up bad memories. So I insist paying for a double of whatever you want." With the hand not around Jessica, James patted Cyril on the back twice in a manly way.

Cyril nodded and replied. "It's appreciated."

Aaro began her slow walk back to the infirmary to check on both Treemara and Keema. Perhaps she could keep this secret for now.

Aaro arrived just as the two seemed to finish talking.

They arrived at the airlock and found a pair of HES and zero environment tools.

Aaro stood in the doorway, waiting for the two of them to finish. She smiled at the sight of both of them, and she wondered when Keema would be able to get out of bed.

What does the galley/mess hall look like, and would there be alcohol? Or better yet is there a bar?

James, Cyril and Jessica
James vaguely remembered seeing sight of a bar in the map of the ship, it was kept away from any children that might be on board.
It was almost just around the next two corners.

Treemara gently kissed his sister on the forehead.
"Just get some rest okay," He said, "You were almost iced out there."

Seeing Treemara get up, Aaro waited until he started heading out. "How is Keema?" She asked him, wanting to hold him.

"There's still some ice in her system," Treemara said, "But she should be fine."

Aaro placed her hands on Treemara's chest, a tear came down her face and she looked down. "I'm sorry..." She said "You had just left me then...before Black Eye came...And turned the heat up. I saw him get killed by Zzruh...You talking to me...that must be when they took Keema. I'm so sorry I didn't know." She felt it was her fault...but even though that initial event wasn't her fault...She still let Zzruh live.

"You didn't drag her out and stripped her," Treemara almost growled, "That sick monster did, she definitely would have died if one of us hadn't gone too."
He looked down and clenched his fist.
"They tried to rape her, no way would she have survived that."

Aaro's eyes grew wide and she breathed heavily. 'He would do that?! Allow that?! But I just go for clean kills!' Aaro reached out for his hand and wrapped hers around his. "I know this probably won't help but I did injure them, and I think they died to O'Sekra bullets if they didn't bleed out from their injuries." Aaro placed her other hand on Treemara's face as she looked up at him. "I don't know who to fight, but I want to protect her as I want to protect you. If you order me to, I'll kill them for you."

"Aaro, I think you need to understand that I won't order you to do anything," Treemara said, "You have free will, you're not with him any more."

Aaro thought a moment, "Perhaps I should reword that. I will fight at your side if you will allow me. Help you kill them, travel with you and your group using my knowledge to help." She hoped that was fine.

Treemara asked a simple, yet difficult question.
"Do you want to?"

Aaro looked up into Treemara's eyes, and then looked at Keema before returning her eyes to him. "I'm not going to lie, I can't stand fighting my own people, especially the ones from the outer rims where I am from. But what they did to her goes against all my Morals, which for an assassin, is saying something. But there's something...you need to know, and I don't know if I can tell you yet but I won't in front of her, Keema. But if I do this, I won't be able to return home unless the war ends and I somehow prove myself. Which means you and her become my home and I need to make sure that's stable. Because I know you're not going to like what I have to say." She looked at him seriously, a tear didnt form but Treemara could tell that Aaro was scared.

"Of course," Treemara said happily, "Why wouldn't we take you in."
His face went grim for a quick moment.
"I've got something to tell you too, but not in front of her."

"Then lets go somewhere, right now. I think what we have to say to each other is very important." Aaro looked concerned and tried leading him, she was quick and nimble while Treemara was big and bulky.

After a few seconds the two found somewhere private to talk.
"You go first," Treemara said.

"Treemara..." She sighed heavily and she didn't know how else to put it..."Zzruh's not dead."

Aaro
"I know," Treemara said, "When the O'Sekra went back to honour the dead, his body was gone."
He sighed.
"He actually raped Keema," The O'Sekra said, "I had to watch as they raped her while she was unconscious, I asked the medics about it and they- they said he's damaged something, she can't have children."
He stopped for a moment to unclench his fist.
"I don't have the heart to tell her."
