Feather-Tail posed one final query even as he was directed from the home, determined to succeed.

"Your usual procession, sir? The ruse must be authentic."

"I would be walking behind Wulija when we enter the palace. Not with your friends." Vask answered. "Speaking of the duchess, she won't stay oblivious forever. Get back before I'm missed."

"We've made it this far. Surely the gods must be watching over us." Ormis said. He followed the others, staring at the ground as he walked.

Feather-Tail nodded in acknowledgement of Vask's instructions, moving for the door.

"Good luck, General."

"And you." Feather-Tail saw Vask nod before heading out the door. He met up with the others a few minutes later, covered head to toe in the General's armor. Wulija seemed to be in an argument with Singer, created by the Nord to distract her.

"Welcome back, General," Nzuri said quietly to the Argonian.

Irri waved at 'Vask' tactlessly.

Siaenach looked at 'Vask' with her eyes narrowed, before leaning towards Irriwen:

"Isn't that..?" she began whispering.

Irri nodded.

"But where did..?" she continued, louder than before.

Florian looked at Vask. "You look different." He murmured. "Ah it's the armour right!? You cleaned it up a little right!?"

Nzuri gently wrapped an arm around Florian, putting her hand around his mouth, and leaned in close to him.

"You need to remain silent and pay no undue attention to the Argonian," she whispered. "Do you understand?"

Florian looked at Nzuri with big eyes. He looked almost cute until he licked the hand over his mouth.

Nzuri closed her eyes and took a slow breath followed by an annoyed sigh. "If you would like to keep your tongue, keep it out of my hand," she whispered. She did not move her hand, however, for fear of Florian saying something stupid.

Florian looked at Nzuri once more. Initiate the bite! he thought and he started to chomp down in her hand, aiming to get free.

Nzuri inhaled sharply at the pain of the bite but did not cry out. She took a moment to collect herself before whispering angrily in Florian's ear, "You are only keeping my hand against your mouth longer. Now let. Me. Go."

Florian did not let her go. She wanted to place her hand over his mouth, he'll let go off it when he felt able or actually wanted to.

Irriwen, meanwhile, slipped an arm around Siae's waist and turned her away from Feather-Tail. "Hey, beautiful, deep breath." She advised calmingly, before giving her a quick kiss on her pale cheek. "Calm. Everything is going according to plan."

With that, in a low whisper, she explained the entirely of the plan to her barbarian lover.

Siaenach looked puzzled.

"How's that gonna work?" she asked. "And... Gah! Screw it. I'll just knock some porcelain down, aight? What I'm best at anyways."

Nzuri raised an eyebrow at Florian. His bite was firm but not painful. She wondered if his behavior was like that of a dog. She leaned in again and whispered, "Do you enjoy having my hand in your mouth?"

Florian simply smiled. He didn't respond for the hand in his mouth.

Nzuri gave a small grin and shook her head slightly. "You are not acting properly for this time and place," she whispered. "But if we get through this I will allow you to taste me again if you would enjoy it."

Irri winced. "Ugh, sis, that is so not a picture I want in my head." she said, before turning her attention back to Siaenach.

"Why not just make the porcelain rebel against it's masters? Is that even a thing? It should be, it's not fair as it is. You've all seemed to get a bum rap with your powers. I can just shoot everything, it's awesome." She pantomimed firing an arrow at Feather-Tail with a murmured 'Pow!'

"I mean, who else got a power that ended up being useful?"

Nzuri looked at Irriwen quizzically. "Is it not the picture in your eyes now? If he truly wants to bite my hand later I will allow it if he stops the behavior right now," she said.

"How do I even use mine, say?" Siaenach asked, looking up into the sky.

"It's very abstract."
