"Huh...Zzruh?" She asked waking up, feeling super shaky. That was twice in one day. She wouldn't be able to handle a third. She looked to Zzruh, put a hand out, touching him making sure he was real. Then her visioned slowly returned and she saw they were in a cave. On shaking legs she slowly got up, but felt super dizzy. "Zzruh..."

"Did they harm you?" Zzruh asked Aaro.
There was a sound like something solid hitting something wet from within the circle followed from a shout by the collective Zandri.

"The one..you killed...yes. And...I've been melted twice. Zzruh...I may not get the chance to say this again...But I love you, I love you Zzruh!" Aaro pretty much cried looking up at him.

Zzruh helped Aaro to her feet.
Then there was sickening crunch -definitely a bone breaking- from within the circle.

Aaro had to steady herself on Zzruh, "Zzruh? Are you hurt?" She looked up to him and then looked to the sound.

"I'm fine," Zzruh said, "Just a graze."
Aaro couldn't see the source through the mass of Zandri, she would have to get closer.

Aaro steadied herself, finally able to stand on her own two feet, she got closer, wondering what was going on, She pulled out her ice rapiers in the process. She felt as though when she was 14. She momentarily looked to Zzruh's lips, wishing to kiss them, at least once before focussing back on the battle at hand. Zandri...so many Zandri...

In the centre of the circle was a fight.
Treemara- topless was standing over the prone form of Keema, he was limping and almost covered in cuts, gashes and blood. Treemara was doing his best to fight off three armed Zandri, completely unarmed.
"They are very defensive of their mates," Zzruh commented.

Aaro's eyes widened when she saw who were on the ground. "Treemara! Keema! No Zzruh this is wrong, she's too innocent!" As if before he could respond, Aaro ran into the fray. She put herself in harms way, refused to let them harm the two O'Sekra any further. She blocked one sword coming down, and disabled the Zandri by paralyzing him with a kick then a cut to the ankle and knee. To another one she hit with a sharp ice knife to his right shoulder. While trying to fight the third, Aaro barely was able to make an Ice sword and threw it towards Treemara, which allowed the third Zandri to cut her on her left arm. She cried but managed to knock him down. She looked to Zzruh then. "Zzruh..." She then looked at Treemara and Keema "Zzruh...please...they are too innocent."

Treemara fell to his knees, who knew how long he had been fighting off the cold and the Zandri?
"Aaro?" Zzruh asked, "What are you doing?"

Aaro held out her hand and sung a song, a protective Iglu formed around Treemara. She stripped herself of most of her clothes until she was in just underwear and bra, she threw those to Treemara and Keema before making another layer around them, determined to keep them warm and signal for help. "Zzruh...I won't let you harm these two...This war is a misunderstanding. They...they are too innocent. She's not a warrior, she's not a fighter...Zzruh...I can't...I won't let you harm them!" Tears came down her face. Before the protective Ice barrier closed off the window, Treemara saw Aaro hold out a sword to her Mentor. "Zzruh...Stop...please."

"They burn our worlds! Kill our people! And you want to defend them!?" Zzruh stated.
He sighed.
"The Male is a soldier Aaro," Zzruh said, "Kill him and the girl can live."

"Zzruh...you did the same thing 20 years ago, maybe not burned our worlds but you killed our people. The Male...he's different Zzruh...he's not a brute. He tried to protect me. And I don't want to see Keema without her Brother, Or Treemara without his sister. Zzruh...I love you.." She activated her ability and refused to let him anywhere near that Iglu "And I dont' want to see you killed by them either."

"Aaro? When did you become an Alliance traitor?" Zzruh asked, "I cannot love you if you lack the will to do what needs to be done."

Aaro again held out her hands, She made that Iglue deeper, warmer and she also made it taller so that All O'Sekra can see it for at least 2-3 miles. "I was never loyal to anyone but you. These two, they treated me with dignity. He...he's shown me more affection in just a few short hours than you have...and I didn't need to kill anyone for it. I am determined to see them both live. I love you Zzruh, and I thank you for saving my life...If you came before I met these two, I would still be yours. Please leave...I don't want to fight you, I don't want to kill you." Aaro stood up and let out her last warning. "Please...Zzruh" She began to hold up the sword, about to signal the light. "Please, don't make me do this."

"So be it Aaro," Zzruh said drawing his own sword.
Just then a twelve man O'Sekra Hunter team burst through the walls.
Each of them had the same equipment, on the right arm was a weapon resembling a mini-gun- the Heavy Pulse Cannon.
On the left was the fearsome Plasma thrower, no doubt set to the heated mode.
"DOWN ON THE GROUND ZANDRI!" The O'Shem broadcasted through a loudspeaker.

"No, O'Sekra. Keema and Treemara need your help. Let me this battle. Let me protect them." Aaro shouted and made a hole just large enough that Treemara could use to call for help and get out with the sword if need be.

Aaro
A single battlesuit inspected the igloo. He reached in and pulled the unconscious forms of Treemara and Keema out.
"DOWN! ALL OF YOU!" The O'Shem ordered.
Reluctantly most of them did, but Zzruh and a few others remained standing.

"O'Sekra, I am Omega as is he. He can make you kill yourselves with your own weapon." She activated her skin ability. "Save them, save Treemara and Keema, get away from here." Her skin shined brightly to the light. "If I go down, He'll kill you all. I don't want Treemara or Keema to die." Her tears came down from her face.

"LAST WARNING!" the O'Shem said as eleven sets of weapons powered up, "GET DOWN! OR WE WILL PUT YOU DOWN!"
The Battlesuit holding Treemara and Keema burst off.

Aaro began to lay down, smiling that Treemara and Keema were safe. Her eyes then turned to Zzruh, they didn't leave him, but she did go to her knees.

Zzruh and the defiant few however would not go down before the O'Sekra, as one they and as one they were cut down in a hail of Pulse Cannon fire.
The snow turned a sickly crimson.

"Zzruh!" Tears came down her face as Aaro watched on. She tried crawling over to Zzruh's fallen body... At least for a final goodbye.. She managed to crawl to his form and took his face in her hands... "Zzruh..." Her tears...they wouldn't stop. They washed his flesh and she saw his eyes, he looked so betrayed. "Zzruh I love you." She placed her lips on his for the last goodbye. "I didn't want this." She was sobbing now.

Zzruh still had a very, very light raise and drop to his chest.
The O'Sekra would probably mistake him for dead if no one told them he was still alive.

Yetty was shook awake.
"Yetty!"

Yetty mumbled. "Uh.. Wh.. what..? He said as he woke up, his eyes open, he wondered what happened to warrant a waking of a sleeping zandri.
