Aura's smile instantly vanished and the hatred she felt for the Memie's was evident in her eyes. "Kern." She said simply. However her eyes softened when she said. "I wish to be recognized on the same artistry level as them in both appearance and song as well as a few instruments." She picked up one of her throwing daggers and tossed it to her practice dummy with a high velocity, shorter though than the bow.

"Don't do that. If you have a concussion you could die." said Hastur.

The Demt smiled "Well appearance seems to be excelled in." He said flirting slightly. He nocked a normal arrow and loosened it once more, It went wide this time, and flew over the dummy.

Val nodded and tried to keep Dacey's head still. "I'm sorry you got hurt.." She said softly, unsure of what to do.

Lucy smiled. "Aw stop be so modest!" She said pulling Steven into a hug.

"I appreciate the compliment." Aura stated unsure of the Demt's name "Regular arrows are lighter and harder to control. But practicing with them allows easier control of the heavier carbon tipped arrows."

If you shoot somebody with a diamond tipped arrow you must really want them dead.

"Maybe you could get medical attention back at the castle." said Hastur. He looked at Val. "What will you lot be doing now?" he asked.

"Castle..." Dacey repeated, blinking. "Good idea. Remember." She said, pointing at Val. "Foxy names, yeah?"

"What is wrong with Will and Dacey anyway?" asked Hastur. " I think they are fine names."

James decided to go out hunting. There's nothing like fresh air to clear one's head. Also, I haven't fed in a while. I'll see if I can catch a lycanthrope in the woods...

Hastur got closer to Val. She repeated her question. "What will you do now?"

James didn't find any lycanthropes, nought other than deer and some rabbits.

"I'll be sure to send them presents each christmas. Assuming I can find where you end up. Good luck Val. I hope we'll meet again in the future." said Hastur.

Dacey nodded to Val, some of her dizziness slowly trickling away. "Val. I'll remember. May the moon light your path when the night is darkest..."

"Come on lets get you to the castle." said Hastur.

James thought that a deer was better than nothing, and proceeded to bring one down.

Steven wrapped his arms around Lucy, fully enjoying the embrace. The wine glass slipped out of his fingers and fell to the ground. "I love you," he whispered to the vampyre.

Nah. The glass may have fallen on dirt and remain unbroken. Plus he only needs a drop. Even if all of it spilled out or it shattered there would still be at least a drop on the broken glass. Blood is sticky stuff.

Steven whispered, "What are you doing, My Lady? Are you still thirsty?"

"But then I wouldn't be able to feed you...my dearest." Steven hoped that Lucy wouldn't be offended by the new term of affection.

"A little known fact sweetie is.." Lucy said softly. "We can feed of each other, but it is frowned really upon, as who is to say that you won't kill the other..?"

The thought of being with Lucy for eternity flitted through Steven's mind. "I...I know the decision is yours. I wouldn't be able to stop you if I tried. But I think...I don't think...can I stay human?"

Will nodded curtly to Val and began to help his sister make her way out of the ruined house, carefully evading the corpses of the vanquished werewolves.
