"I've had worse." Dacey confirmed woozily. "And, the scar will be sexy..." She laughed quietly, trying to rise to her feet. Unsuccessfully.

"Mmmm..." mumbled Will, unconvinced, as he helped her up.

[The-Shadow-One]

A Demt was there as well. He nocked and drew an arrow, released and managed to get the dummy just below the target.

Val approached Hustar and murmured her thanks. She nestled her kits in her arms.

[Kerr]

"You're welcome." said Hastur. She rubbed her hand across the head of one of the kits. "Keep them safe. Keep yourself safe." Hastur added before pausing for a moment. "I never asked. What are their names?"

Aura saw the Demt and was caught watching his form and arm strokes. He was quite amazing even if he didn't get the full bullseye. She set her arrow-making stuff down and took out her bow, drawing the first of her arrows and aimed it at her dummy target. She prepared it and aimed dead center at the bullseye. She then drew it across the string. In what seemed an enternity she let the arrow fly and it found its mark before leaving a small hole where the arrowhead had come out the other side leaving only the feathery tail in the center of the target dummy.

[The-Shadow-One]

The Demt nodded to Aura. "You must pack a lot of muscle." He said smiling wolfishly. As he spoke he drew and nocked another arrow. This one split the other.

"I haven't named them yet.. But what's your name?" She asked softly.

[Kerr]

"My name is Hastur. And i'm glad I met you Val. I'm glad I could help." said Hastur.

[The-Shadow-One]

"One of them are called Hastur then.." Val said. She looked at Will and Dacey. "did you help..? What's your names?"

[Gideon Dragontongue]

"Please, ma'am, don't name your kits after us," said Will quickly. "We didn't do anything more than anyone would have done."

"More closer to hatred, determination and arrow type." She then handed him one of her arrows, "Here try using this one."

[Eltee]

"And our names are far too... Wolf-like for those little guys." Dacey said, not entirely herself again. "Then need niiiice... Foxy names."

"Things are moving little one." The vampire said, he made sure to keep in the shadows. "Things of death.. and destruction."

Val nodded, She looked at will and mouth "Is she alright?" pointing slightly at Dacey.

"Okay.." was all the Demt said as he drew the arrow, upon loosening it it flew though the bulleye. The Demt looked shocked.

"Right-o. You couldn't, you know, be more...specific, maybe?". James said, wondering if the other vamp was talking about the 'hunters', or about something else entirely.

[The-Shadow-One]

"Where is the fun in being specific?" The vampire said, James could hear the smile. "I believe in letting your elders have fun."

[cowleyj]

"ok. So. Thanks for the heads-up. I'll try to stay safe. Now if you have nothing more to say...clear off out of my house please.". James said. He wanted to think in peace.

[Kerr]

"Can you at least tell us your names. Perhaps one day Val will want to tell her kits the story of the fearless lycanthropes who saved them." said Hastur.

"A regular arrow tends to do little against armor/glass and steel. But a diamond or black carbon arrow met by hard practice and skill, can easily pass through most material, even glass." Aura stated. "You have the arm and the skill, but add better arrows and you become a deadly weapon in your own right."

Steven felt the effects of blood loss again and slumped onto Lucy, his head resting on her shoulder. The wine glass he was holding tipped and most of the blood spilled onto the ground. "Mmsory," he mumbled.

[Gideon Dragontongue]

"I'm Will," replied Will. He pointed at his sister. "This is Dacey."

[The-Shadow-One]

Val nodded. "I cannot thank you enough." She said gratfully.

The Demt nodded. "I'm guessing your a Memie then." He said smiling, thinking he got it.

Lucy smiled and patted Steven's head. "It's okay.." She said softly.

The vampire smiled "Bye little one." He then seemd to vanish, but he had turned into mist.

James remained seated, deep in thought... Was he warning me of the same danger as our queen did, if so, why bother? Is there another threat? I'll stay on my toes...

Dacey nodded woozily. "Gaah... I'm dizzy..." She informed everyone within earshot. She still hadn't recovered from slamming against the wall.

"We need to find somewhere for you to lie down," said Will, his brow furrowed.
