Aythu growled annoyedly as she woke up with a start.

"Don't. Do. That," she grumbled.

Spoiler:
Oh dear. How shall I make an excuse...
Around Mount Kand
Mint-Tongue cautiously walked around the Molag Amur region. He had recently been frolicking in mud and steam vents, and he just realized that he forgot about the two Dunmeri people with him. "Almsivi kill me..." He was pretty sure they were around Pelagiad, but he had no idea what direction it was.
Spoiler:
I know, it's terrible. I not know what to do.

Spoiler:
We can all meet up in a club with you in 1973 at our destination.
Mount Kand

"Riddles? Who asks them?" Llevana asked, as they moved on.
Spoiler:
I'll let you pick the direction.
Nerevar's Prowess

"Get up!" the Redguard insisted, yanking her up by the arm. He pulled her back to the captain's cabin and tossed her inside with the others.

"They're all here," he said to Gudrun.

"So they are," she replied, smiling gleefuly. "I suppose some explanation is in order now," she continued, pacing up and down the cabin, before sitting down behind the desk.

"I was never an adventurer. I didn't want to join you in whatever fool walkabouts you do. I am in fact a bounty hunter, and I'm after your Ashborn friend, Llevana Ther. I nearly had her, but she slipped my grasp with the help of the other Dark Elf. They teleported to Morrowind, by using an Almsivi Intervention spell. I'm bent on getting her, and you will help me. Isn't that right, dear?" The last sentence was directed at Aythu.

Per looked confused. "...Not an... adventurer? But you said..." The Nord's stepped forward, his brow furrowed. " I mean, what'd Llevana do? She and "the other darky" saved my life!"

Kerin looked confusedly. "Who?" He asked, he drummed his fingers on the wall.

"You'd be clever not to trust that I will," Aythu grumbled, hissing lowly at the redguard who had thrown her in there.

Mount Kand

"I dunno..." Llela said honestly, as they neared the summit.

"Maybe there are some old priests in there. I dunno." She said, with a shrug.

Finally, they reached the summit. Of it wasn't for the swirling dust storms, they would have been able to see for leagues and leagues over the rugged plateau. The only peak that rose higher in Vvadenfell was Vvardenfell itself.

There was a cairn of stones piled up, and the stone of the mountain's peak was engraved with the names of pilgrims and the dates of their pilgrimages. A cave led downward.

Suddenly, Llela wrapped Vana in a tight hug. "Thanks. For coming up here with me... I know you make a lot of concessions for me. And my religion."

Spoiler:
Oh crap. Also, wasn't the cave on the base of Mount Kand?
Mount Kand

Mint-Tongue slowly approached a mountain. It looked like any other mountain, but it had a holy feel to it, and he thought that was strange. Warily, he walked towards the base.

Mount Kand
Spoiler:
Remind me, are we going to Nchardumz or Nchuleftingth?
"Hey, no biggie," Llevana said, returning the hug. "The only reason I accepted that job was because I didn't know if we'd get another one."

Mount Kand

Llela smiled, gazing at Vana. Grimy with ash and weary from the hike as she was... As both of them were, Llela's heart still squeezed tightly at the sight of her.

She gave her a kiss on the cheek. "In any case, we're adventurers!" she said playfully. "We make our own jobs."

"Not if you stay with me," Gudrun said.

Mount Kand
Spoiler:
@Atom:
We're at the base of Mount Kand now, and we're on our way to a Dwemer ruin east of there. I suggest you meet us midway
"Yep."

Llevana gazed into the distance. She was used to having a clear horizon, but here in Morrowind ash concealed the whatever lay ahead. All she could say was the faint outline of a mountain in the distance.

"Shall we get a move on, then?" she asked. "I'd rather we reach our destination before nightfall."

The Ship

"I need you, Aythu, that's the only reason I'm keeping you around," Gudrun snapped back. She was starting to lose her patience. "But I can do it without you, so you'd better stop nagging."

"I won't promise anything, neither for or against," Aythu said, crossing her arms. "I'm looking out for my own skin, and I don't trust you to protect me from the ordinators."

"You'll see that you're better off with me, as soon as we get to Morrowind," Gudrun said. She said it as if though it were a fact.

"And what do the rest of you say about all this?" she asked, her question directed at Per and Kerin. Deimos had been part of the plan all the time, after all. Plus he seemed to have lost his ability to speak.

Molag Mar region
Spoiler:
Gonna speed things up.
As the two Dunmer were leaving the hulking mass of Mount Kand behind, they noticed a figure in the distance. They could make out the faint outline of a spike-covered head, and a tail through the swirling ash.

"Is that..."

They quickened their pace and moved closer.

It was indeed Mint-Tongue.

Aythu looked at Kerin, a mixture of dumbfoundedness, annoyance and something implacable on her face.

"I don't have a choice, do I?" she grumbled. "Fine. We'll go to Morrowind."

She shuffled to her feet, walking over to Kerin, clinging to his shoulder.

Ship

Gudrun smiled. She was pleased that her plan was working out.

"Good. I hope I don't need to tell you that the crew will be very upset if they find their new captain dead in her cabin," she said, her left eyebrow raised. "Anyhow, out with you. I have work to do."

Molag Mar

"Uh...hey, Mint-Tongue?" Llevana called.

Disgruntled, Per walked out of the Captain's cabin. Thoughts of mutiny-mutiny already swirled around in his head. The b*tch had lied to him. Now they were gonna kill his friends, and who knew what they'd do to him? He had to stop Gudrun.

When on deck he tried to get a number of how many crewmen were on the ship. He hadn't been disarmed, and his armor was in his cabin, should it come to that.
