Yes. Run, I suggest. Not to save your own life but to save that of the two at swordpoint.

Of course, I'm waiting on everyone else to make a move before I attempt another. So they could try some escape attempt themselves leaving you free to attack without consequences on the captives.

Just before Per had a chance to grab him, Fornar ran off hoping Per wouldn't be able to catch him.

Niralie froze. Perhaps some other time she would have attempted to fight her way out, throwing fireballs at the man, but right now she couldn't. Not while Psyfalia sat there, badly injured and defenseless. Niralie didn't intend to leave her patient. She sat nervously, watching Fornar run, praying that he would be able to get away and bring help.

Psyfalia continued to cry due to the pain and was very concerned for the safety of Niralie and Valentia. If she wasn't in the amount of pain she was in, she would have attempted to get the two women and herself to safety via mark and recall but sadly, she was in too much pain to do anything.

Fornar ran back into the main part of Suran and shouted 'Anybody, I need help, my friends are being held prisoner by some sailor guys, please help,'

Velvet wasn't being godmoddy, for the record, he had the element of surprise as an advantage.
Inside the guardhouse

Having thorougly restrained Llela, Gudrun made her way to Llevana, pushing the heavy sailor off her with her foot. The Dunmer gasped for air, but wasted no time and tried to roll away from Gudrun, getting on her knees. But naturally Gudrun was too fast, and Llevana was too groggy. The Nord kicked her in the head, hard. Llevana fell over, unconscious.

"I have to deal with your new friends first," Gudrun said in an apologetic tone, before turning to survey the situation. The smoke had mostly disappeared, and so she was plainly visible to everyone still inside.

You will have to wait for Mars as he may have not noticed your post and you will just end up godmodding if you have someone come to Fornar.

Yes, that would be godmodding. You will have to wait for 'someone' to come up to Fornar. There's a bunch of players outside, they can decide what to do. Or attempt to do I should say. Leave your actions open-ended and I'll post an outcome for you.

I think Katien is outside and so..
Katien startled when the man drew his sword. "S-Stop!" She said quietly, bringing forward magic, two way spell, one to paralyse, another to render her friends immune to physical harm by means of reflection.

I have no idea to the positioning of people. I'm only playing by ear. No idea where Katlien is.

Also who is she aiming the paralyze spell and reflect spell at? She only has two hands so I assume reflect at one of the captives and the paralyze at Arellius or Per. Also I assume that it'd take a few moments to charge up such intensive spells, and a few moments for them to hit.

Oh, and sorry but people where warned. Arellius doesn't joke around.
Arellius Afer III

Arellius gaze had followed the retreating Dunmer a moment, watching his fleeing figure, and smiling. He was turning to face his captives again when he spotted the slight woman, as beaten looking as his captives, exiting the fort and moving towards them. A friend, perhaps. Or maybe just someone trying to play hero. Trouble anyway, regardless of who exactly she was.

Trouble became Threath when she began to charge up the spells, however. He didn't know what she was trying to do - he'd never bothered with magic, too expensive to train in - but he doubted it was friendly, or that she meant him well. His rapid analyse of the situation led him to one conclusion: cut his losses and flee. This time however it was meant in a completely literal sense.

He swiped savagely forward with both his blades aiming for the necks of his kneeling captives.

Outside the guardhouse

Overambitious spellcasting seemed to be a theme with Katien. The reflect spell hit, but the paralysis spell failed. However, Katien hadn't considered that the five foot radius of her reflect spell also encompassed Arellius. The Imperial and his prisoners were engulfed in a shiny pink coat of light, signifying the reflection effect. The spell took effect a quarter of a second before Arellius hit his targets.

One of his swings was reflected; the one aimed at the young Breton. The sudden, sharp pain, caused the Imperial to recoil and stumble backwards, which was just enough to slightly alter the impact of his swing against Niralie. Instead of flat-out going through her neck, the blade hit the Altmer's shoulder, scraping over the bone and tearing a good portion of skin off.

"Niryalie!" Psyfalia cried out to wounded Altmer and stopped crying. The pain seemed to leave her. She did not like seeing people getting her. Espcially those that she liked. She casted Dispel and if that was successful, she would throw a lighting bolt at the imperial milk drinking sod. "LEAVE US ALONE!" She roared at the Imperial as she did this.

It was reflect damage, not reflect spells, the paralysis would of still hit Arelius.

Niralie didn't have time to react when Arellius made his move, but fortunately Katien's spell - which had almost cost Niralie and Valentia their lives - also saved them. It didn't prevent injury entirely, however, and Niralie shrieked and fell backward as the blade dug deep into her shoulder. She forgot about healing Psyfalia, forgot about the danger they were in; the only thing in her mind was the searing pain in her shoulder. A few moments later, some clarity came back to her and she dimly recalled that she knew healing spells. She opened her eyes, noting that she appeared to be inside the range of a protective spell, and forced herself to look at the injury. She shakily put her good hand over the wound, took some deep breaths, and concentrated on a healing spell, picturing the way she thought it should heal.

Per, seeing Arellius initiating a fight, hesitated a moment. He hadn't really considered until now that playing the part of a violent mercenary with no regards for innocent life would actually entail him performing violence against innocents. He readied his axe, but stayed back for the time being.

I've no idea what getting hit by a reflect spell is like. I'm saying short sharp pain but I'll edit if I'm wrong.
Arellius Afer III

Arellius snarled as a most sudden, horrible pain tore up his right arm, and the Breton's head remained fixed on her shoulders. But, thankfully, the sting was only momentary, sharp but incredibly brief; enough to throw off his concentration a moment but not permanently impair it. Totally unlike the wound he'd inflicted on the Altmer; having a chunk torn out of your shoulder was bound to hurt, and continue to hurt long after the blow had been struck. Result enough, he guessed, though there was no time to think about it all now.

The Violent Mercenary with no regard for innocents stumbled back a step after striking the Healer, falling back in line with Per. He menacingly bared both blades as he stared down his ex-captives, angling his body so his gaze also encompassed that of the troublesome [&@%!]-Breton. He took another step back when the grounded Altmer - who he had never considered a threat till now, the crying, lack of responsiveness, and other such signs of inactivity throwing him off. A clever ploy, he concluded - targeted a spell at him, attempting to dodge.

Right.

The shoulder was hit with Arellius' left blade (tanto) which would've swung from left to right and impacted with Niralie's right shoulder (seeing as she was facing towards him.)

Shakh was torn from his thoughts as he heard the chaos coming from upstairs. Hmm... It's been a long time since I've heard any sound like that... He lifted himself off of his bed, and looked over at all of his armory. So much memories with that armor. Of course, all of his gear was uniquely crafted for him back in the Rift, with the exception of the Greatsword, which he found in some random Ancient Nord burial ruin that he could are less about the name. "Alright. Time to see what's up." He mumbled to himself.
He loosened up, then barreled into the iron bars. He hit it with enough force to break the lock and walked out. He hurriedly put on his Orcish Armor, Gauntlets , Boots, and Helmet, then sheathed his blade. He turned towards the steps and walked up, heading towards the exit so he can join the fight.
Spoiler:
Since I lost track of where everyone was because I had a headache and was tired the last two times I've read the last three pages, I just decided to end it off by walking in on the action to avoid getting anything wrong.
