"Swithelm and Toruktut?" he chuckled. "Impossible. The security in both regions is too great."

"What is 'security?' We are God's chosen warriors. We will prevail." The man said.

[King Acunasti]

"We must wait until the time is right." he stated. "When God deems us worthy of such a task. But we cannot speak of such things in public. I am a messenger. I cannot speak for the entire Al-Klarest, for I have little power in the organization. Ghafi Al-Kadari wishes to speak with your leader at one of our strongholds near the southernmost ridges of Harsul. This is what I was sent to inform you."

"Yes, yes. I will convey your message." The man sighed.

The messenger stood and disappeared into the massive crowds of civilians.

Kenalia was a massive city, almost as large as Swithelm itself. It was filled with antique shops, anient temples, and beautiful canals. Millions shopped at the markets, buying beautiful southern jewelry, clothing, and foods.

Within the day, a truck arrived at the Al-Klarest base. A nondescript middle aged Ivori man stepped out, and entered the base.

"Greetings queen Aurore, I hope I didn't pull you from anything important." Akelin said calmly.

You can see Aurore and her entire office on the screen, Skooma.

"Of course not." Aurore responded courteously. She zipped the folder she had passed to Jalil and approached a set of file cabinets, placing them inside. "I trust you have something important to have contacted me for, sir?"

The base was located in an isolated desert location at the very tip of southern Harsul. Al-Klarest troops patrolled the surrounding region in jeeps. The majority of the base was actually located underground. The only visible part of it was the entrance, which was also heavily guarded. The Al-Klarest troops were heavily armed and clothed in dark robes, turbans, and veils. "The Ivori arrive!" they began shouting to one another.

"As I'm sure your aware, half the world seems to be at war. That leaves me in a.. bad spot so to speak, I used to simply bribe any enemy to leave, but the needs of war are great, as you must know." Akelin said shifting in his seat.

"The needs of war?" Aurore asked, leaning up against her desk as she faced the screen. "I am not sure I understand what you are saying."

"I am Hamid Alazhai." The lone man said in a quiet, cultured voice. "I am God's chosen leader of the Al-Khazeem."

[King Acunasti]

"Grandmaster Ghafi Al-Kadari of the Al-Klarest awaits you inside!" one of the guards responded. The entrance was opened, revealing a long case of stairs that led underground.

[Ilikeskooma]

"Don't be a fool queen Aurore, every man needs a gun, ammo, food, water, and clothes. Some are going to need medical supplies. Please don't make me lecture you any farther." Akelin said annoyed.

[King Acunasti]

"I do not appreciate being called a 'fool'." Aurore growled. "What do you propose?"

[Eltee]

Alazhai slowly descended the stairs.

[King Acunasti]

"I apologize queen Aurore, I was out of line to say that, you probably know about war then I do. I'm suggesting that we we make a alliance, I'd send what ever kind of supplies you need, once every three weeks, in a reasonable amount of course. In exchange for protection." King Akelin replied in a normal tone.

[King Acunasti]

Aurore cocked an eyebrow. "I do not form official alliances over video conference." she stated

[Ilikeskooma]

"I understand." Akelin paused for moment. Then spoke to softly for Aurore to hear. "psst Finn do we even have a ambassador?" Akelin shifted uncomfortably in his chair.

[King Acunasti]

"Sir, I understand your wish to form an alliance with the Kingdom of Hessia." Aurore said irritably. "But you contact me in a rather unprepared manner. I have much more pressing matters to attend to."

[Ilikeskooma]

"Prepared? I don't prepare, that way everything will go as planned. I need a moment to talk to my idiot adviser anyway." Akelin said a tad bit amused.

[King Acunasti]

Akelin's screen immediately went blank. The connection had been terminated.

Aurore left her office with several binders held in one arm. "Bloody arrogant..." she continued mumbled to herself in irritation.

Akelin exited the conference room angrily, the advisers had been shouting in his ear the whole meeting, and half way through the meeting Matthew had told him that they didn't even have a ambassador. Akelin reentered his office. "That didn't go to well." Eric said plainly. "how the hell don't we have a ambassador?" Akelin said giving Finn a glare. Finn shrugged. "Well until today we haven't done much, but stay in the sandbox." Finn said embarrassed. "Sorry finn, I shouldn't have lashed out on you." Akelin said sighing. "It's my fault really. Though I can't see why she's so popular, she really doesn't seem like a peoples person." Akelin mused. Everyone nodded in agreement. "Well anyways, Finn get us a ambassador, we may not like this much, but we'll have to deal with it." Akelin said giving them a shoeing motion.

[Arch-Mage Matt]

"Refusing to comment on the war? Interesting. That's hardly a professional response." Dolores said. "Are you sure you don't want to respond? As I'm sure you know, the SMC can heavily manipulate your lack of an answer. I'll ask again: Why did you choose to ally yourself with Drascia?"
