i remember seeing an episode of pokemon where onyx got a bucket of water urled at it and it was like dying......and then some grass pokemon defeated it with razor leaf and im pretty sure it was ashes bulbasaur, teehee

Which makes no since at all because the leaves would just bump off him, -.- lol the creators of the show didnt study their physics! eh.. I like him cos hees huge and hees made of rocks

Well, I guess it's kinda hard to come up with an "animal" (Pokémon) with something that can destroy stone. 'Cause, you know, there's not a lot of natural stuff (that I know of) that can break stones. Except bigger stones.

Water erodes rock. I think that's the Nintendo logic behind that matchup.
And.. plants grow into things, and their roots weaken the rocks.. >_>

I said there weren't a lot of natural things. But of course there are some things, diamonds, for example.

People would probably just sell diamond Pokémon, anyway, so they wouldn't fight a lot.

Scizzor can easily beat Darkrai since Scizzor can learn a fighting move like Brick Break. All he needs is some speed, which he's natural with, a good hit, and Darkrai is done in. A berry that cures sleep effects wouldn't hurt, either.
