For a very different take on the Zerowing experience: I pity the fool, thug, or soul who tries to take over the world an’ then goes cryin’ home to his momma!
Metal Gear Solid 2, Sons of Liberty:
With Snake in a locker,
Solid Snake: This reminds me of when we first met.
Otacon: I was the one inside the locker that time. We're equal now, huh?
Solid Snake: Not unless I wet my pants.
Otacon: That's a low blow, Snake.
and
Otacon: Another Chinese proverb: "Those who look to the Heavens prosper, those who defy it are no more." Do you know this one? The meaning here is - hold on a sec - that you can only survive as long as you're a part of the natural order of things. You remember pre-ripped jeans? Manufacturers thought that just because people loved old, broken-in jeans, they would want to buy new jeans that looked old. So they purposefully...
Solid Snake: What do jeans have to do with nature and order?
and
(As raiden, calling Snake while in a cardboard box)
Iroquois Pliskin: The cardboard box that you have is ideal for fooling your enemies. It's a very important tool for infiltration missions.
Raiden: Really?
Iroquois Pliskin: Of course. I can't begin to count the number of agents whose lives were saved by a cardboard box...
Raiden: You mean everyone's using them?
Iroquois Pliskin: Look, I'm not exaggerating when I say the success of your mission hinges on how you use that cardboard box. But in the end, a cardboard box is only made of paper. Handle it with care or it won't be of much use to you. Don't think of it as just another box. Treat it with love... Don't be rough. Okay?

"Legends are usually bad news. There's not a lot of difference between heroes and madmen."
Solid Snake
Para-Medic: Snake, look at your body!
Naked Snake: Yep... lookin' good.
Para-Medic: Not there.
Naked Snake: Then where?
Para-Medic: You have leeches all over your body!
Naked Snake: I'm glad I'm not as strange as the Major.
Para-Medic: The majors not strange...
Major Zero: [in background] My tea's gone! Who's drunk it? How am I supposed to have teatime without tea?
Para-Medic: Well, not that strange...
Major Zero: [in background] My scone's gone too!
Para-Medic: [On the radio] Snake, have you seen "007: From Russia with Love"?
Naked Snake: I don't like those movie. Real spies are nothing like James Bond. It's pure fantasy.
Para-Medic: Snake, I don't think the Major's going to like you saying that.
Naked Snake: And even though it's fiction. I can't help but comparing myself to Bond.
Major Zero: What exactly don't you like about James Bond? Is it the fantastic gadgets? The cars? The guns?
Naked Snake: Major...!
Major Zero: Snake, wouldn't you like to have a gun shaped like a pen?
Naked Snake: What good is a pen going to do me in the jungle? I'd look like a fool.
Major Zero: Then what about a snake-shaped gun? You could make it look like you're grappling with a giant snake and then get a shot in on the enemy while they're distracted.
Naked Snake: Ok, now you're being ridiculous.
Sigint: [if you call Sigint while wearing a cardboard box] Uh,Snake... what are you doing?
Naked Snake: I'm in a box.
Sigint: A cardboard box? Why are you...?
Naked Snake: I dunno. I was just looking at it, and suddenly I got this irresistible urge to get inside. No not just an urge - more than that. It was my destiny to be here; in the box.
Sigint: Destiny...?
Naked Snake: Yeah. And then when I put it on, I suddenly got this feeling of inner peace. I can't put it into words. I feel... safe. Like this is where I was meant to be. Like I'd found the key to true happiness.
Sigint: ...
Naked Snake: Does any of that make sense?
Sigint: Not even a little.
Naked Snake: You should come inside the box... Then you'll know what I mean.
Sigint: Man. I don't wanna know what you mean! Between you and Para-Medic, is everyone but me that is hooked up with the Major strange?
Naked Snake: ...
Sigint: Yeah, well, anyway. I suppose even that dumbass box might make a decent disguise if you wear it inside a building.

Anachronox (dated but still fun)
Rho Bowman: These ventilation shafts look like they run the length of the building...
Boots: Believe me honey, I've never been afraid of a little gas!
Boots: You're going to hit me...aren't you?
Boots: Here comes Mister Slappy!
Rictus: I will kill you....with *DEATH*!
I could go on....so many quotes make me laugh in this game

From Crysis:
Psycho: It's too dangerous to fly to you; you're going to have to find a way out on your own.
Just-rescued-scientist-lady: What? You can't leave him here! The mountain is collapsing! He'll die for sure!
Psycho: We can't do anything from here! Nomad, I hope you understand.
Nomad: Sure. Thanks a lot [/sarcasm].
Cave collapses. The choppa flies away, and Nomad is forced to treck hours through a freezing alien spaceship fighting extraterrestrials.

"Tell me a story, Arbiter!!" - Halo 2 Grunt, to your character.
Almost all of the dialogue from Halo grunts in the trilogy are brilliant. Clearly, Grunts are the cutest, bestest bad little guys in any game.
"Hh!! Run awaaay!!!"
"It was wrong to shoot at you. I see that now!"
...almost so lovable you don't want to kill 'em.

"Bend over and kiss yer' potatoes goodbye!"— generic H.A.R.M. thug. The voice acting really sells it. Of course, the stage with the ninjas discussing their shopping trips, boyfriends, or pet cats had its quaint charm as well.
Baurus: Our job is to get the Emperor out of situations like this. Though I'll admit, things aren't going exactly to plan.
Casandra: At the moment, the deadliest weapon at my disposal is a goblin's head on a stick. I'd be worried if this was the plan.

I absolutely loved that game. The ninjas were so ehm... typical, I almost didn't wanna kill them, but I did anyway, because I'm evil.Dark Spark wrote:"Bend over and kiss yer' potatoes goodbye!"— generic H.A.R.M. thug. Let's think star wars for a minute....
"If you strike me down, I will become more powerful than you can imagine"
- Obi-Wan, seconds before he was killed
"You underestimate my power!"
- Anikin Skywalker, after which his legs were cut off and he was thrown into a volcano
"You're under arrest, Chancelor!"
- Mace Windu, right before he got pushed out of a 10,000+ story window.
I know most of these are movies, but a few made it into video games.
