No offence or anything, but rejected. I would recommend you go and get some basic RPing experience. Try imperial khajiit's Fallout one.

Spoiler:
Username: Powerflex
Name: Borim Gaersley
Sex: Male
Race: Breton
Profession: Librarian

Appearance: Borim is of average height and build for a young Breton man. He possesses plain but simply handsome features, wavy dark blonde hair down to his chin, a slightly tan complexion, and dull green eyes. He dresses modestly. Overall, he appears unnassuming but attractive, despite his at times questionable personal hygiene.

Personality: Borim is kind and well-meaning, but odd, and to some annoying. He eats and sleeps in the library, and studies its many texts for days on end, his love for books and desire to learn neverending. Borim's social interactions usually go smoothly, as he is friendly and
courteous. He is also blunt and unapologetic when it comes to his views, though, and this sometimes causes him to butt heads with more arrogant and short-tempered people. He has read extensively on
philosophy and ethics, and he finds the use of physical violence and the consumption of meat barbaric. He cares not what others think of him.

Passions: Books, knowledge, writing, history, poetry, sculpture, painting, whittling, basket-weaving

Fears: Death, large insects, spiders, extended periods of seperation from the library

Likes: Books, art, music, history, fruit, cheese, chocolate, cats, bards

Dislikes: Politics (despite deeply studying the topic), people who are too concerned with money, violence, arrogance, poverty, meat, bathing

Username: Leyyuce
Name: Gin-Lei
Sex: Male
Race: Argonian
Profession: Jeweler
Appearance: Scales are deep gray to near black in coloration, appearing shiny and moist and displaying a slight purple tinge under the brightest light. Their dark nature, particularly those surrounding his features, lend Gin-Lei's neat white teeth and light blue eyes a stark, attention drawing appearance. His snout is well defined in its length and mild in width, featuring thin nostrils and a gracefully angled bridge. Spikes protrude from the rear of his head in a vertically parallel arrangement, three upon each side and progressive in size with the largest nearest to the top. He is of slightly above average height and his figure is well-toned.
Personality: Gin-Lei is open-minded and a bit adventurous, willing to explore new ideas while remaining conscious of the lessons which he has learned. He is generally relaxed, enjoying a wide variety of casual activities. Overall, his behavior is morally commendable while he feels no true obligation as to the law, despite respecting its necessity.
Passions: Jewelry, intelligent endeavors in literature, swordplay, nature, sexual activities
Fears: Irrelevancy, failure in fulfilling aspirations, embarrassment, puncture style wounds, causing another, specifically a lover, unintentional pain/injury, offending a companion or acquaintance, and appearing to others as uncaring or inhumane.
Likes: Music and storytelling, friendly swordplay, nature, dining, gambling/games, conversation, romance and intimacy, organized exploration/adventure, sexual bondage and discipline, wine, fruit, and clothing.
Dislikes: Those with little ambition, religious debate, political discussion, general upheaval and disorganization, emotional situations, and the invasion of his privacy.

Let's get this show on the road!

Castle Camlorn.
4E 204.
As the sun set over High Rock's north-westernmost kingdom, few were asleep. After a month of adventuring, the famous Prince Ippolit and his stalwart friend and Housecarl Calixte Roy had finally returned home. Wild tales abound... They had traveled to the far Dragontail Mountains and slain an Ancient Dragon that had been terrorizing Elinhir, that they had rescued a fair Breton damsel from an evil Altmeri wizard, that they had freed all of Wayrest from a witch's spell... And on it went. The women of Camlorn had crowded at the gates, showering the pair with flowers, as they had entered the city, as their disgruntled fathers, husbands, lovers and admirers looked on. A massive feast was being held in the castle's massive great hall, which was decked out in the city's silver and white banners, adorned with the snarling wolf of house Brand. At the head of the massive table, the bright eyes, grey haired King Jaekar sat, seemingly lost in thought. His stern grey eyes flashed over his newly returned son, who sat a few seats away from him. In stark contrast his wife, Queen Edda, laughed lightheartedly, drinking generously from a mug of mead. Only a little more than half her husband's 59 years, she was still a striking beauty in the Nordic fashion, with long, golden hair, and lively blue eyes. Beside the Queen, the Princess Arina flipped her food around her plate. Apart from her light haired kin, she had log, curly midnight black hair. Her mother's beauty shone through her, but any trace of resemblance to her father was as hard to find as a needle in a haystack. On her father's right hand, his Thane and Chancellor, Gregoire Garnier sat.
The star attraction of the feast was the freshly returned Prince. Of superbly blended Nordic and Breton blood, he was almost uniquely and ethereally handsome. He still wore his polished steel plate armour, and half of the girls in the hall were surrounding and fawning over him. He softly told a tale of a bandit that he and Calixte had met on the roads near Daggerfall. The girls held their hands over their heats, crooning in sympathy.
Calixte sat next to his friend, knowing that the story was greatly exaggerated to the point of almost untruth. He was unlikely to mind, as a particularly buxom lass had taken to sitting on his knee. Duncan Spearhand, the King's Housecarl, sat not far away.
In a corner of the hall, a plainfaced young serving wench was begging Uairian, the resident Priestess of Dibella, to give her her a love potion to slip into Ippolit's drink. Faralen, the alchemist, was listening to the barely coherent conversation.
Helga, a maid, had been ordered to clean up a huge puddle of vomit left by one of the revellers.
The Smith, Zoram, and the jeweller, Gin-Lei, sat as far away from the Prince as was possible... Ippolit didn't like any of the beast races.

Mephala looked down at the maze of faces, hearts, dreams and ambitions.... And she whispered to them. Noone knew it, but the game had begun.
