No, its like an ability. Like the seers. He has this special power that will protect anyone he likes from harm except himself.

My name is Z'rahk, a Suthay Khajiit. He hides his past from the others, the only hint is that, when angered, he always says "By Sithiiiii-tendar err Stendarr, I said Stendarr!" , whatever that may imply. He usually keeps to himself, but he speaks loudly when he talks. A strange smell always comes from his house, it smells disgusting. He always has a flask around his neck, drinking from it often. He also has a dagger around his waist, stating that it is to cut cut-purses, he's not a very trusting fellow. His favorite food is a rat-meat sandwich, downed with the contents of the aforementioned flask.

Bob the Gruff . A drunken nord who doesn't seem to have a care in the world. He owns an Ebony war axe that stays with him at all times and he is very skilled with. He drinks due to the fact that his mother died when he was 4 and the axe was the last item he had from her. Warning if he touchs any of your stuff it will reak of mead for a week.

When provoked, she can be as furious as Thor or someone.

Mannimarco is a Altmer librarian in the village/town/castle/wherever this is taking place. His name is only known due to a name plate found in the library at his desk, as he has never said a word to anyone in town. In fact, the only known communication between Mannimarco and any of the other town residents is the hostile posture he adopts whenever someone enters his library, only stopping short of physically throwing them out of the building. Due to this, his social status in town has always been quite poor at best, and at it's worst that of a pariah.
