This is pathetic,thr lag is awful,i can't play in high detail,i try to play inlow detail and it still laggs,it never laggedin low detail before.

And,many players are quitting,many,just watch youtube,Jagex really screwed up if ya ask me

Everyone is overreacting. There were several reasons for all the problems...
1)Too many people online at once
2)It is a freaking BETA
3)This was the first time anyone logged on so no files were stored in the cache yet (this caused all the lag)

If people don't like it they don't have to play it on HD. Just play old RS with all the new stuff turned off and it will look almost exactly as it used to look. All of the problems were caused by a bunch of 7 year old kids who can't fix problems on their own (playing on normal quality with shadows, textures, ect. off) and instead went on the forums and told Jagex to remove it. I personally don't want those 7 year olds playing in the first place...

ok,i nowknow that that was stupid of me
It lagged at first,i read the rants forum,and i decided to leave it for a while.
So,i left it for 4-5 hours,came back on,got a small bitof lag but it was still playable

I'm seriously considering getting a new PC for my B-day in 28days

Ooooo! I am so jealous of you members right now! I should be one again in a few days though. Then it is time to get 99 def and some barrow gloves (my bro just got his today, I have a lot of things to be jealous about right now)
I am so happy they let you see the bowstring now. It was so weird shooting arrows with a stick and an invisible string.
And how bad is the lag Penta? Due to my nonmemberness I have been forced to look over my brothers shoulder today. I could only see the game for about 5 mins and the lag was not too bad.

Lags gone down massively I've only seen lag in the ge, and that ws full screen high detail, so, lag is happily at a low

Yes,lag has gone down for me too,Except at the GE,i always lagg out.
And,i have achieved 70fletch! and 65 FM,I'll be getting 70FM some day,i have the logs,I'm gonna work on 50slayer now,maybe more.

Glad to say my comp is lag free. I've also set an eventual goal of 99 wc or magic. What do you guys think? Only 82 wc now and 86 magic.

Dude where did you come from lol! And I would go for 99 mage first. It is easier to get and much more useful. WCing only makes about 200k an hour max when you could easily make 400k an hour at Godwars. Magic is the way to go but I hope you have 20m or so to get it. Either that or you could teletab for 99 mage.

And I guess I am no longer the best in every skill. You guys beat me out in mage, fletch, and something else I think lol. Gratz

I would make teletabs. If you do that you will actually make about 30m or so in the end. If you alched it would take around 20m. But remember either one of these ways are very boring.

I would do ardrone or watchtower tabs.

I have messed myself up on my bike 3 times today lol. Once I flipped over the handlebars while going down a hill, my chain popped off once causing my leg to slam into the handlebars (cut it open ow!), and after nailing a jump I hit a wee little pebble and kinda just toppled over. Bad day lol!

Yep, eagle for ardrone and demonic for the watchtower I think. You need around 57 construction. Only get to 55 construction and then drink tea to temporarily boost to 57.

I was in the wilderness,trying to make a little bit of cash via green dragon hunting after my spending spree on dragon armour.
I lost my rune plate,and some food,nothing big,but i lost my dragon boots,and kept my dragon helm

There are no 'actual' clans on Runescape, it's mostly just rag-tag teams of people...we could have a thread in the official forums, but...kind of pointless since so very few play...we mostly just talk between our selves and on this thread. Any activities to be done could, but never have been announced here, so the postions open for a Clan Organizer or somesuch.

While most RS clans are highly unorganized like ours some are really hardcore (lol). I have been in 100+ clans that have daily events that you must attend, group banks, ranks, and their own websites. So while most of them are similar to us they are not all "rag-tag teams of people" lol.
