I'm still thinking about that. You would need each Pokémon to have a fixed set of four moves, although you can change them with TMs, tutors, and leveling up along the way. And yes, I will check if your Pokémon can learn the moves.

As for levels, that will be unnecessary if I decide not to do the D20 system.
