Bio: King Akelin has been king for eight years, using his power to to keep the kingdom peaceful and out of any war that springs up. Akelin preferred to keep his kingdom and it's people lax and happy, creating many amusement parks and things of the such. His father (now dead) showed Akelin the evil of war and mainly focused on showing him how to keep Managua's wealth plentiful. However Akelin can see war is about to claim the world, and knew he was going to have to start making allies, and soon.

"How, in this free world we live in, do your people tolerate living under the oppression of a monarchy?" Dolores asked.

"Well, frankly, I wouldn't call it oppressive. We have completely banned torture, enslavement and set a minimum wage that is the highest in the world. I have referendums on the most important issues, like going to war, and if there was a majority that wanted me to step down then I would do that."

Dolores's eyes widened. "You've banned torture and enslavement? Are you saying that in your reign, there has been slavery and torture that has only recently been forbidden?"

"By we I mean my family. Slavery and torture were both banned two hundred and two years ago. Sorry about the ambiguity. If you don't believe me feel free to read through the 1000 page book on laws made from 210 years ago until now."

"How often do the people of Enaline get a say in what happens in this palace?" Asked Dolores.

Cathmore was impressed with Dolores. We can totally say Eliwer is lying about the slavery and torture thing. Why would he bring it up if it happened 202 years ago?

"Very often. Very often. If you would just follow me in here." They walked around for a few minutes until they came to a vacant room filled with chairs and podiums. "This is the Representational House. Enaline is split into 28 districts, teh size of which are decided by the population. The city has 5 due to the number of inhabitants, this stops places being under and over represented. Each district is then split in four. People's views are heard and decided in here. 4 citizens are elected every year in each district. Any questions?"

"It's a nice idea, Eliwer, but it's a complete sham. You let citizens have a say in everything... except in who has the ultimate say in things? While we're on this subject, could you please inform us why there are rebellions in your country? Why are they rebelling?"

"I would like a brief description on why the rebels are rebelling. I understand they killed your father." She had a sympathetic look in her eyes.

Cathmore was debating whether or not to bring up a point that Eliwer said that Dolores missed. It would be very embarrassing for the Emperor if brought up.

"Well, I don't know how well-learnt you are in Enalinian history, but 202 years ago, there was a mass revolt. The Emperor at the time, Emperor Diuia, a cruel tyrant, was extremely oppressive. He forced everyone to worship him as a god. Eventually, his brother, Aliori assembled millions of people and took the palace by force. He exiled his brother and abolished slavery. In return for helping him take power, he halved the amount of power that the Emperors had and gave it to the people. The rebels are descendants of the exiled Emperor and descendants of friends of the Emperor. Their goals are to force Enaline to recognize the Emperor as the descendants of Diuia, bring back slavery and give the Emperors arbitrary powers. They are really little more than terrorists. They destroyed a subway killing 87 people a few years ago. And before you accuse the security of being lacking, it wasn't."

"I can hardly believe they are that persistent. Maybe, they -" She stopped when she saw Cathmore mouthing something to her, as quickly as possible so Eliwer wouldn't see it. Dolores's eyes narrowed and she smiled confidently.

"Eliwer, a few minutes ago you said that you inherited the title of Emperor from your father. Care to explain this lie? Our records show that you actually got your power because you killed your own brother for it. Really? You claim you're a fair ruler, but that is obviously not true. You killed your own flesh and blood to come to power. Please, explain this to me."

A few years after that, he was elected Emperor after a power struggle with his brother, whom he slew at the top of Mount Anthort as he had sided with the rebels and was looking to become a dictator.

For a second, his face flashed angrily. "Did you really think that I would kill my own brother for something as petty as being an Emperor!"
