The Adoring Fan has a twin?!?! Oh Hell no. No nO NO! The Adoring Fan isn't an option. No.

C'mon guys. This is an easy riddle. It's got lots of hints, all through the thing. It's so obvious! And since you guys like to look so deep into things, it's got some really deep hints that are things about it you probably don't even know!

I still can't think of anything that comes even close to fitting in with all the clues, so this is just a list of what seems to be vaguely in line with some clues:

dark brotherhood

teinaava/ocheeva

reynald/guilbert jemane

ruma/raven camoran

Ayleid Guardian (from Ultimate Heist)

jyggalag

For some reason the last verse feels SI related, and I haven't stepped foot there yet.

well. It's sunday. It's almost 4 pm here. I figure I should let you guys off the hook.

The answer is, Rats.

Told you you'd hate yourselves. So lets see why.

I'll meet you where it's damp and dark - First meet rats in sewer.
I'll see you in the graves - Rats spawn in undead areas
You're lucky if you see me
For something worse was stayed - Rats have a 20% chance of spawning in place of a bigger undead monster

I'll make you tired - Rat meat damages fatigue
But I'll show you sights - It also detects life
If you kill me - You've gotta kill the rat to get the meat
It'll shut people up - Rat meat has silence effect

I have two blades - Big ol' teeth
But seven weapons - 7 diseases rats can give you
My twin and I bring justice
To guardians corruption - two rats come and kill the corrupt guard in cheydinhal

well that one was very confusing... You should have put the part about killing the rat first before listing the effects.

Even if you gave me a year i wouldn't have found out.

Something slipped.
Then he fell.
To fast to see.
Hitting his skull.

The person who started.
Accepted his fee.
Went back to the city.
And is living next to me.

Baenlin after dropping the minotaur head on him.
Or the minotaur's head... It's hard to tell whose skull is being hit.

And you didn't need to add the second verse. I got it before you edited that in.

The wiki has full list of alchemical ingredients and their effects. Ok my turn. Who is the wayward daughter and what will she give you for helping her.

Hmm, I had thought Lord Rugdumph's daughter, but you don't get anything from her....

Dar-Ma? And she gives you lots of hugs and kisses?? Well metaphorically speaking anyhow!

They're the only two daughter's I can think of and neither of them give you anything for helping them (they suddenly seem v. ungrateful!!!)

oh! The Lucky Old Lady! She'll fortify your luck.

She's wayward because the Tamriel Book "Daughter of the Niben" is very inaccurate compared to the Dark Brotherhood quest ending revelation.

Azura/Azura's star. Maybe wayward because she's seen as "good"?

well, Umbra is wayward, but the only thing she will give you is your own butt on a plate if you are a low level...

the wayward daughter is meridia and she gives you the ring of kajiiti, am I right?
