Daedric Princes (sometimes referred to as Daedra Lords) are the most powerful of the Daedra, and thus most commonly worshipped as gods.
Although Daedric Princes may assume the form of a female, they have no inherent gender, and are all referred to as Princes.

Well I wouldn't worship any, but my favorite would possibly be Sheogorath. Anyone done that quest in Oblivion where you scare that town with rat infestations, poison the livestock, and other odd jobs until Sheogorath makes it rain flaming dogs from the sky. Hilarious!
Duck and cover, the dogs are coming down.

That's kinda cool, but I'd still pick wisdom over madness any day.Bingthelizard wrote:Well I wouldn't worship any, but my favorite would possibly be Sheogorath. I'm pretty shaky on made-up religions, so I can't choose a fictional deity to fictionally worship.
Then again I'm not that good on religions in videogames either.
[*boom! boom!*... that was satire, kids! satire utterly rocks... ]
I'm really not good on any kind of fictional belief system or idolatry, and the whole Daedra/Nine Divines/Anticipations/Mundus thing just confuses me.
Can I choose Dibella? I'm not a fan of the old-skool randomly crazy Daedra's, so even though one NPC in Oblivion - I think - wisely points out that at least with Daedra you can see the effect they have on the world (be it for good or ill), I'd personally rather have a point of worship where I can effectively make up whatever the hell I want and neither be rewarded or punished. Sortof like being an atheist. But with the added fun of ritualism and having something to do on a Sunday.. er, I mean "Sundus".
