Adoring fan, everybody can spot him a mile away.

He looks like he has had extensive plastic surgery to mould his head into.... that..shape... and then added some hair gel to his hair and spiked it up into a cone.

Seriously, when i first saw him, I almost jumped, because I thought he was a scamp.
