That's quite true, but I'd hardly call it conclusive. For starters, we know that the Tribunal use Magic to preserve their desired appearances, so it wouldn't be inconceivable that they preserved a fairly idealised aesthetic. Additionally, the Chimer may have changed slightly in appearance upon moving from Summerset to Morrowind, for example through tanning, but that is, again, a fairly speculative proposition.
