If you can run Oblivion, you can mod.

I like your attitude Weasel

A nun once told be she could not make an arena mod so I wrote a tutorial, guided her through it and now she has one of only 2 arena mods for fallout. Thats the same editor as oblivion btw, just newer.

But it proves our point about anybody being able to mod.
