One of my friends got into a pretty bad car accident. I mean, it's not like she's gonna die, but she's in the hospital with a fractured skull and stuff.

So, you know, if there are any praying people around, it'd be appreciated if you could include her.

I don't know where else to ask a suggestion, I am not a third party but my boyfriend is getting married to a woman whom his parents want for him. He is Chinese and I don't know whether to just let go of our 3-years relationship. I feel like it is me against his family, what should I do.

^ What does he say about all of this? It's odd that a man will date a gal for 3 years then drop her cause his family says so. I understand the cultural differences but still...odd. This can't be completely out of the blue if his family is that traditional.

Regardless, very sorry to hear this. 3 years is a long time.

Ya.. cultural and especially family pressure is a hard thing to address... especially when it comes to the risk of excommunication.. especially from financial ties :/

Its worth maybe finding out what is influencing this decision, i.e is this strictly an arranged marriage he has little choice in or is it more complicated

My brother just had a second SWAB test for COVID-19 as he suddenly had a fever and sore throat.
