Isn't it actually ace's turn?
I'm far too tired to think of anything at all good.
It's risky business to live south of the border
That's crappy. Ah well. I'm just looking for a name.

Elsywyer ? I dunno, too lazy to look at the map.

Sorry I was gone for a few days, but here's my question:
It's risky business to live south of the border
Cactus is just psychic. Yeah, that's it, psychic.

Nice question ace!!
Well if Water's Edge were South of Border Watch, I'd say that, considering how risky it is to live there with the Blackwood Company around, but it's East. How about Black Brugo etc at Telepe? Or are we just getting way too hung up on Border Watch?

As Ace's spokesman, I'd just like to say that there are two specific word clues within the er.. question thing. You're not off at all about the "border" clue.

Honestly, that's more than enough of a hint, I think, but I'll be nice.
It's
risk y business livnig
south of the
border .
Key words are in italics and green.
Also, the Border Watch idea is correct. That's what "border" is referencing.
I still can't believe this question I made up while I was tired is harder than the one I actually worked on.

Is it to do with the Raid on Greyland quest where you have to kill off the Skooma dealer Kylius Lonavo??
P.S. those were the three words that I'd already picked up on, so any chance of another clue??!!

So it's Border Watch it's self...
OK, that's a well that you've marked, and there isn't anything special about it?? I've just been specially to visit it.
Or is it to do with DB and I just haven't ever gone that far?
....can't be DB though, since the Border Watch wiki page would mention that I'm sure.
I'm really clueless!!!
Hey Bruff, you're back... again!!

YES!!

J'riska = RISKy
Border Watch = border
As for south, J'riska lives in the southernmost house in Border Watch. That's why I posted the map (it was just so show north, to further point out "south") and list of people.
Good show, sir.

Thats was so simple.OK What is the name of the High Elf who first sailed up the Niben and how did he 'buy' the island where the imperial city is off the native races?
