"I wasn't talking to you Human."She said the same cold tone. "But i will help you if i...we have time." She turned her head towards the guard's direction.

"Tomorrow then, there is no rush on us." Alva returned with a smile. "You've only just recovered from your illness, you should rest." She took another drink of her ale as she waited on her girlfriends response. The bottle was draining fast and was now at the half way mark.

Hidden:

How much is in the bottle? And how strong is it?

Navariese extended her left hand and expected Gelnuis to seal the deal by shaking it.

[Hissien]

Gelnius shook the hand, returning whatever firmness she shook with.

"The agreement has been sealed." She told Gelnius. "Tell us about this crime you want solving." She told the sargent in a cold almost demanding tone. "I will warn you, some of my methods you may not agree with." She warned Gelnius. She thought it best to warn him now then to have him discover some of her brutal methods later on.

"I don't know if you've heard but there is a crime cartel in the city. It's quite extensive. They encompass so many different trades. Murder. Thieving. Bribery. Intimidation. Burglary. Recently, however, they have been infecting the city with cheap drugs. These drugs can sometimes kill people and can cause horrific effects on the brain. I've recently heard of a drug drop that's happening. We're reprimanded the person purchasing the drugs in custody. I need someone, not a guard, to go to that drop so that we know who's doing it. You'll be provided with money to buy the drugs and payment." said the guard sergeant.

"I will eliminate the filthy scum. The innocent will not suffer. I will protect them." She told the sargeant. She didn't care about how much gold she would get but she did care about killing every single person involved in the carta. But before she could do that, she would have to wait for her soup and eat it. "Gelnius, are you with me?" She asked him.

[Velvet LeChance]

Hidden:

Medium strength for beers I assume? And I meant how much there is in the bottles. I'm trying to work out how much Alva needs to drink before I show signs of her being drunk.

I don't see the logic in brutally killing murderers. It just makes you as bad as,them, no?

Alva gave her a small smile before leaning across the table and kissing the other woman on the mouth. Glad that they'd come this far in there relationship for her to be able to do it - it had taken a lot of convincing for Lasséör to openly display her affection in public.

[Hissien]

"Not all in the Cartel are murderers, there are probably children amongst them, do you wish to kill them? This job will require more than mindless killing. We need to eliminate the source of the issue, of we kill all the henchmen the one pulling the strings will escape." Gelnius said shocked one of such experience would even consider...

[The-Shadow-One]

Kraít sighed. "Whilst you go around killing everyone you will be worse than them." He muttered. "Surely the worse punishment is to see their efforts reversed? Killing them is much too kind for them."

[The SheoDovah]

"Yes. I will not enjoy it but all traces of the carta must be eliminated. I did warn you of my methods. To ensure the innocent remain safe, i will not risk the carta being reborn at a later date." She looked down at the floor as she said that. She hated killing children but she believed what she was doing to be the right thing and always made sure to destroy any chance of her target being restored. But that was mostly gangs of bandits. The Carta on the otherhand was something she had never tackled before.

"Killing prevents them from continuing their harm against innocents." She told Krait.

[The-Shadow-One]

Kraít sighed. "You are just as bad as them in that case you.. stupid.." He stated. If that was her reaction, perhaps she would be better off dead.

[Hissien]

"You judge them too harshly, they are starving and probably diseased. All they want is to survive." Gelnius said getting angry. "I will not kill children, for any reason. They can change, why not give them that chance?"

[The SheoDovah]

"Stupid? Call me that again and i will blacken your eye." She threatened Krait. She loathed being insulted and often led to her getting into fights. "I will admit that i've only dealt with bandit gangs mostly but if you've seen the things i've seen. I've seen sons take over the gang and become more violent. I've seen grown men get killed by small children or led to their death. I.." She stopped herself as she realised she was about to go on a rant. "But i've not dealt with any cartas. If the children are innocent or i believe that they will quit a life of crime for their rest of their lives. I will spare them. However, if i'm attacked by one, they will die." She told the two in her usual cold tone.

[Hissien]

"Who are you to decide what is just and what isn't? One person should not be allowed to decide the lives of others. We are not children, do not operate under the assumption that we haven't 'seen' anything you has seen." Gelnius said in response

"You are not to kill anyone." stated the sergeant. "Otherwise, they'll know that we're onto them. And it would be impossible for one person alone to kill them all. There are almost a hundred of them in that cartel, and they are linked with other crime syndicates. Not just inside the city. In other places too."

Lasséor returned the kiss hungrily, ravenously, passionately. She stretched her hands over the table and around Alva's waist.

Kraít shrugged. "Much like I said. You judge before allowing them redemption. Stupidity at it's finest." He said softly. Looking at the scarred woman with his blue eyes. He looked at her and simply frowned. "You must learn to bark rather than bite."

[The SheoDovah]

"They decided themselves when they chose the life." She told Gelnius. "I refuse to promise to not kill them but if they are attacking innocent, they will die. You have a point." She told the guard.

She looked toward Krait. "Biting keeps you alive. Barking does not." Her patience was starting to wear thin.

"If they attack you or attack another, you are free to use any force necessary for defence, but only attack if you are provoked." said the sergeant.

"Perhaps they need to join the life? What if they are pressured? What if they have a starving family, and the only means for upkeep is though this carta?" Kraít asked, standing up. He looked at the scarred poxy dog. "Sit down, and be a good dog, biting make others detest you."

Hidden:

Use the name once a post to avoid confusion Dovah.

[Hissien]

Gelnius sighed, it seemed pragmatism was a dying trait. "As you were saying." Gelnius said to the Guardsman.

Hidden:

Depends how big the bottles are. I'd prefer to choose when Alva gets drunk.

Alva leaned forward, knocking the open bottle of ale over but not caring. Her arms came up to wrap around her girlfriends neck, pressing her tongue into the other woman's mouth as she did so.

"Understood. But i can't promise to spare any scum that surrenders" She told the guard in a even colder tone.

"I need to think about those questions you've raised." She replied to Krait. She had never thought about them before. She clenched her fist which was rest on her knee. Getting into a fight is a foolish thing at the moment. You can't do any good in a cell She thought to herself and unclenched it. "I am not a dog." She said in an angry tone.

"Well, I need someone to go to this drug drop for me. Boy," he said, trying to sound as uninsulting as possible with this word. "You seem like the best bet. You look like you're from this part of the city. You'd fit the bill as someone who is buying drugs. No offence, of course. They often prey on the vulnerable."

One of Lasséor's hands caressed Alva's back as their tongues met. Lasséor broke off a few moments later.

"Later, my love. Later. So that we can keep everyone awake." she grinned, mischievously.

"I agree. My scars would reveal our true intentions and i would be unable to resist the urge to kill the dealer. And we don't know how they feel about Rangers." She said to Krait. "Me and Gelnius will follow you without being seen. If something goes wrong, we will protect you."
