Art of Warfare (AOW): 2

[Eltee]

"Jalil Srbatuq. Don't worry if you mispronounce it, Jalil is fine. I am honored to meet you, your majesty. Doubly so, I spent almost half of my life in this great nation."

[King Acunasti]

"Fantastic." Aurore responded. "I am pleased to meet you! I hope that you have enjoyed your time in Hessia?"

[Eltee]

"Believe me, I have." Jalil said. "I was educated here, I worked here, I was married here, to a Hessian, no less!" He laughed.

[King Acunasti]

"Hessia has often been called the 'Kingdom of Romance'." Aurore said with a smile. "How many years ago was this?"

[Eltee]

"Eighteen." Jalil said with a smile. He had a slight gap between his front teeth... Not enough to be strange, just enough to be endearing. He lpoker like everyone's favourite uncle.

[King Acunasti]

"Ah, during the reign of my father! Wondrous!" Aurore pulled out a few documents from her desk. "Now, where in Swithelm would you prefer to stay?"

[POMC S117]

Spoiler:

You sort of just blew me off pomcey.

Spoiler:

You need to reply!

"I'm Arkli. An Imperial Sergeant." Said teh soldier smugly.

-----------------------------------------------

"We did. But if this is a lie then you can expect Hell."

[Arch-Mage Matt]

Spoiler:

I did reply. Hoffman's at the dining table waiting for someone to tell her what's up.

[Sav]

"Well, my name is Gareth." The soldier responded.

Spoiler:

I have plans for this one.

-------------------------------------------
"Ah, but it is no lie. So, back to business. You have come to form an alliance with our countries, Enaline and Drascia?" Tim asked.

[POMC S117]

Eliwer walked into the dining room. He sat opposite from the Vice President. "I hope you don't mind, but we will be serving a native dish." He smiled.

Drascia:

"Pleased to meet you. So, where have you seen service?"

-------------------------------------------------------

"That is correct." Answered Alion.

[Sav]

"Well, I've never fought in any before. This war with Zorya will be my first." Gareth replied nervously.
-----------------------------------------
"Well, i would be glad to have you as an ally." Tim replied.

[Arch-Mage Matt]

Virginia Hoffman smiled pleasantly. "I love all kinds of food... Exotic food can be great. Enaline's food, I hear, is quite marvelous." Trying to loosen up the Emperor. "So," She said casually. "Why have you requested the President to visit your country? Do you have a diplomatic negotiation mind?"

[POMC S117]

Ahh.... AN amateur. Maybe I could show you some moves one time." Smiled the soldier.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"That is great." Boomed Alion. "Shall we settle this agreement now?"

Enaline:

"Yes, I do. Now, I know you want to go to war with Drascia." He began as servants dished out food.

[Sav]

"Right." Gareth responded. He held out his hand.
--------------------------
"Yes, that would be great." Tim said, smiling.

[Arch-Mage Matt]

Virginia remained calm although a flare of anger had ignited inside of her. She slowly took a bite of the meal laid out before her. After she patted her mouth with a napkin, she finally responded. "I don't believe that Enaline has any paramount affairs in the war between Drascia and Zorya." Virgnia said calmly.

Spoiler:

Translation: None of your f'in business.

[POMC S117]

The Sergeant shook it.

----------------------

"I eft my celebratory wine on the plane. Do you have any?" Laughed Alion.

Enaline:

"Ahhh... But we do. As of now, we are in an alliance with Drascian, the country that you are going to war with."

[Sav]

"So, tell me more about the rebels." Gareth responded.
------------------------------------
"Sure. Let me get some." Tim laughed. He stood up, and left. He soon returned with a bottle of his best wine. He opened it, and poured Alion a glass of wine.

[POMC S117]

"From what I've been told, the Imperial Family used to be darker. They used to keep slaves and ruled tyrannically. Eventually, there was a revolution, led by the brother of that era's ruler. They usurped the Emperor and the brother became leader. However, the son of the slain Emperor made a rebel group and that's what started it." He explained.

-------------------------------

"Ahh..." He exclaimed.

[Arch-Mage Matt]

Hoffman stood up. Her two security guards instinctively moved closer to her.

"Is the only reason I am here to threaten me, Emperor?" She asked hostilely.

[POMC S117]

"No. I' only here to stop hostilities. Please, use my land as a neutral place to be diplomatic."

[Sav]

"What is your opinion on this?" Gareth asked.
-----
"Yes, i hope it tastes good." Tim said.

[POMC S117]

"Well, obviously I support this Empire!" He boomed.

-----------------

"It's lovely. What age is it?"

[Sav]

"Yes, but what do you think of the rumors of slavery?" He asked.
---------------------
"From what i understand, it is pretty old. I apologize for not knowing." Tim said embarrassed.

[POMC S117]

"What? This was ages ago. Around two hundred years ago." Said the soldier.

--------------------

"I'm a fna of older wine." Mused Alion.

[Sav]

"Yes, but what is your opinion on slavery?" Gareth asked.
---------------
"Yes, as am i" Tim replied.
