Wonderful. My dog just decided to crap on the floor. He IS old, but it does get annoying.

My cat used to insist on sleeping on the pillow atop my head, or curled around it, when he was younger. Cats seem to like to sleep in odd spaces.

Now he just sleeps on the couch, being too old to really move much. If you happen to sit in his spot when he is not there, he will come back, sit in front of you, and just stare until you leave. Creature has power!

I briefly crate-trained my dog, and my (now-deceased) nineteen-year-old cat quickly realized that it was the one place in the house the dog wouldn't go. She spent most of the day and all night inside the crate, and the dog never bothered her.

He's an American Eskimo, and quite the clever lad too. He recently learned how to open our back door, so he saved us the time and effort of installing a dog door.

He's an American Eskimo, and quite the clever lad too. He recently learned how to open our back door, so he saved us the time and effort of installing a dog door.

One of my dogs is part Miniature American Eskimo. My neighbors had a pure bred MAE and she was gorgeous. They trained her as a guard dog, but she got out one day.....and later had puppies haha. We aren't quite sure what the father was, but dog is an awesome tan color version of her mother. American Eskimos are really, really pretty dogs. They shed waaaaaaaay too much though.

That's one guess. Our best guess is that he was a Chow mix, since she has a lot of Chow like features.

Mine's a Standard, he's twenty-seven pounds and eighteen inches tall. And yes, I don't know how he can shed as much as he does every day July through December. I mean, he's just one smallish dog, and yet he produces enough fur per day to coat the furniture.
