Rainbow went to bed, cradling his books and numerous trinkets they normally gave him comfort, little much now.

"Aw, nuts," Mars muttered over and over, as he trotted back towards his house.

Epicus wore a frown as he returned to his house. He set his top hat safely on top of his dresser before uneasily going to bed.

Adom groveled in his sleep, muttering "food" and "stash" again and again.

Dov-ah continued to stare at his door. He would kill the first person that entered his house. He knew his door was locked and anyone that entered would be a worshipper.

The hours ticked on, in the warm and muggy night. Dov-ah's lids grew heavy, he was tired, and there was nothing to do but stare at the door. The sword in his hand began to feel like a lead weight.

He had just begun to close his eyes when he felt the cord snapping tight around his throat. But by then, it was too late to scream.

The residents of Bel Pellani awoke to a grisly sight, when they awoke and walked outside. On the tree beside where Eltie swung gently, her once-pretty face swollen and purple, there was a new body, barely discernible as an Argonian. It had been skinned, head to toe, and the ghastly, raw red monstrosity had been run through with Dov-ah's sword. The discarded skin lay in flaps and strips all around the square, and squares of it had been tacked to everyone's door.

There was a deep, rumbling laugh. Dov-ah had been brave, but in the end he had been a mere VILLAGER in the face of the worshipers of Molag Bal.

Adom woke up and took a sweetroll from his stash. He walked to the town square, and exclaimed, "What in the hell?!" Adom immediately fell backwards and dropped his sweetroll onto a fairly large piece of skin.
Hidden:
Jesus.

Adom's sweetroll fell in a little puddle of blood.
Hidden:
The little evils are the best.

Rainbow stammered. "A-Ah!" He yelled, seeing the square of flesh upon his door. "Aaaaaaah!"

Bradax awoke and ate his breakfast. When exited his door, the sight of the skin made him jump back a bit. He walked to the scene, and upon seeing the gore and blood heaps, not to mention that innocent sweetroll, he almost vomited. He did his best to cover his mouth.

Jedders awoke, noticing a metallic tang in the air but thinking little of it. He had a few sups of broth, and left his house. As he closed his door, he noticed the odd strip tacked to his door. He ran his hands along it for a moment before realizing what it was. He withdrew his hand as though burned, and let out a mournful hiss. He nearly stumbled, but caught himself on his walking stick. He moved his head as though to look to the town square, and just stood, stock still, his mouth agape.

Epicus awoke to the sound of the shouts outside. After quickly getting dressed, eating breakfast, and of course putting on his top hat, he left home to see what had happened this time.

"Holy fiddlesticks!" he exclaimed in shock when he saw the strip of skin tacked to his door. He hurried to the town square, and cringed at the sight of Dov-ah's desecrated body. As he got closer, he had to turn away to avoid throwing up in disgust.

"Zenithar's zits, those pesky minions have struck again," he said sadly.

Die'mos woke up sweating and heart racing. But he was alive. He eased out of bed and poured a glass of water to replace the water he had lost during the night. He walked outside, glad to have lived another day, but at the sign of another victim, his glass shattered on the ground.

"God's blood." he cursed under his breath.

Savilius woke up, glad to be alive. He quickly left his house, barely missing the piece of skin attached to his door. He frowned, and walked towards the others. He gasped when he saw Dovah's body. "Gods... poor Dovah." The Imperial said upon seeing the body.

"I think it's finally time to do something about this mess," said Epicus grimly. "We've got to root out Balls' worshippers somehow, or they'll just keep picking us off one by one."

Rainbow walked, off put, and then he saw Dov-ah. "AHHHHHHHH!" He yelled out in fear. "AAAAAAAAH!"

"No one in their goddamn right mind would put skin and blood all over the place!" Adom shouted. "DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH A SWEETROLL IS WORTH?! DAMN THOSE SCRIB HUGGING NIX HOUNDS!" Adom banged his fist against the ground. He sighed loudly. "Anyway, I agree with Mr. Epicus Ballsacks, and that we should kill some people. If we stand here, even more sweetrolls will be ruined."

"Aw, nuts. Another one dead," Mars said. He had woken up and walked outside, without breakfast. Good thing too, as he probably would've retched it all up again after seeing what had happened to the Argonian.

Rainbow started to panic some more. "A s-sweetroll is worth more to you than a life?!" He asked of Adom, upset and worry in equal measure. "Y-You can't be so callous!"

"Rainbow, that's precisely what had been running through my own noggin," agreed Epicus with a twist of his top hat. "I mean, really, don't you care anything about the poor dead folks, Adom?"

"Well yeah, the dead people and all that skin worries me," Adom replied, "but a good sweetroll should never be wasted! DAMN YOU, DOV-AH" Adom yelled before slipping on a small puddle of blood and hurting his back.

Rainbow frowned. "Such a.. Callous disregard for the deceased... You can't be one.. One of them can you..?" He asked Adom.

"I wouldn't make it so hazardous the innocent sweetrolls would be DESECRATED!" Adom replied.
