What's your signature move?

Post by Apocalypse »

The title says it all, whats your signature move when you like kill someone or steal something (e.g. drop a dagger next to the corpse)? I prefer throwing a Nightshade flower next to the body. :D

I usually finish off my enemies by shouting "Clear!" and hitting them with a Shock - On Touch spell and smile as their bodies go flying back a few yards.

Of course the gag is that I'm imitating the ER doctors who use electric paddles to try and revive flatlined patients. In my case, I'm ending their torment. :D

If the body lies crumpled at an awkward angle with limbs sticking out in weird directions, I very respectfully drag it to a prostrate position.

Then I mount back up on my horse... and trample it with the hooves. :Twisted Evil:

I tend to leave the bandits / highwaymen etc. in the crucifix pose.

Kind of happened by accident when I discovered the 'drag' button on the 360, thought it looked cool, so I adopted it.

I guess I'm a bleeding heart; I hate having bodies in weird positions! I actually don't loot clothing/armor unless I really have to, because it seems so disrespectful to strip down a corpse

I kill two people and drag one near each other. Then I put their naked (with the ecxeption of underwear) bodies in "interesting" positions

Usually with a backwards power attack. I love seeing them fly through the air as they die. :Twisted Evil:

I Like To Do Things That Would Make The (Previous) Owner Of The Body Mad, Like Stab It Through With The Gate On Battlehorn Castle. (I Did It With All The Mauraders.) Stuff Them In Open Barrels. (Gotta Use Stuff To Give It A Boost In Though, I Got This One When I Hit A Vampire And It Flew Through The Air, Face First Into An Open Barrel, It's Legs Sticking Out! :P ) Push Em' Down Stairs, Frame Other Dead Bodies To Be The Killer, Knock Em Around With A Fire Damage Minimum Damage Within MAX Range On Target, Bury Them With Items, Depending Who It Is, Like Watermelons For Redguards, Forks For Bighead, Torches For The Adoring Fan Etc, Lay Em' In Beds, Sit Em' In Chairs, Behind/On Top Bookcases/Tables, And When I Loot A Joint, I Leave Two Crossed Arrows On The Table.

Oh yeah, I love doing this with my Daedric Claymore. It's my favorite finisher. :Twisted Evil: I stab 'em with the backwards power attack, watch them fly back, and when they land, I finish them with a forward power strike, while yelling "Execute!". :Twisted Evil:

Usually I just drag them into a normal position if theyre in a weird position...
But my dear redguard has some weird rituals, like taking off their shoes and placing them next to their head if they died to quickly or putting an arrow in their forehead if they deserved to die. :Twisted Evil:
But when it comes to quest kills and such I love to play around and make it seem as if something else than what actually happened took place, like the accidents happen quest. I killed both the groom and the old man and then I dumped all the mead and beer I could find around the groom along with an axe, I placed a club next to the old man and then I just wrecked the place to make it seem as if theyde been fighting

I also like putting a lockpick in the place of the object I just stole. :D

I've always wanted to come up with a cool signature, but I'm too lazy. I like the lockpick think. Not sure why, exactly; I guess it's just something I've never heard before.

I have a habit of taking their weapon and tossing it away from the corpse. I don't know why.

If there were dice in the game, I'd leave a pair of dice in every house I theived from, in honour of Chance, the thief in the book Chance's Folly.

Me too, actually. Especially if there's a cliff or body of water nearby. Weird.

Now that I think about it, there was one character that did have a sort of signature. He was Argonian and very proud of his heritage and abilities. If anyone ever made any sort of disparaging comment (especially guards and especially in Leyawiin) he'd kill them (even in the middle of the street in broad daylight) and strip them of any armor and/or weapons, then throw them back down on the ground next to the corpse so that days later, even after the body was disposed of, the equipment would still be there as a reminder to those around him. The items were never removed throughout the entire game.

Well, I sometimes pick their weapon up and swing it around a bit... does that count?

I like to position their weapons so they look as though they've been stabbed by them. With a few Guards it looks pretty awesome.

I remember, when i would fight in the arena i would always drag their weapons back on their bodies as a form of respect. I also enjoy planting an arrow in obscene places... :P

the only thing i've done so far.

is after the completiton of the attack on Garlas Malatar and I returned from the dead,

I went back, killed off all the Auroran's, alot of good loot in here.

then proceeded to layout all the Knights that were killed, side-by-side,
lost 6 good knights in this fight,
One was killed by me, Accidently, when he walked infront of a arrow i shot.
didnt realize it was me, until the guards arrested me in Bruma.

carefully placed their swords on them and placed their hands over their swords.
I layed them out in a cross figure, 4 of them head to toe, going north/south,
then layed the last 2 on each side of the 2nd one, like so.

wow, this took, 2 hours to due, with many saves.

I used to place a quill on DB assassination victims, but now I use a Redwort flower.

I just love the one shot kill, typically with a poisoned arrow from a magical bow (I have different ones depending on what I'm up against), from a nice dark corner of a dungeon (or tavern), or way up on a rock (and preferably at night)... The quick cry of protest as they die is hysterical... :Twisted Evil:

I haven't really done anything, but this is a good idea!
Quick question, how do you drop lit torches ? 8)
