Personally, I don't think the series is ready for Akavir yet, but I would really love to visit the Summerset Isles. Maybe in the future we might travel to the east

I want either Elswer, Black Marsh, or Summerset Isle. Any one of these would be good to play in, in my view anyway.

Elsweyr. There's already so much history to be gathered about it in books, and the idea of contrasting khajiit civilisations in the desert(raiders and bandits abound) and the southern jungles (settled city-dwellers).
Tbh, I can't think of a place more interesting than Elsweyr that hasn't already been done, (I.E Morrowind or Skyrim).

I want to see Summerset Isle, mostly because I thought it was the more likely choice over Skyrim for TES V. But to be honest, Oblivion or Akavir would be much more interesting.

I suppose if Bethesda want to jump on the current grimdark-gory-adult-themed RPG bandwagon they could make the next one in Black Marsh, but if they wanted to go for something more light hearted, Summerset Isle would be a better choice.

I'm hoping for TES:VI to have two countries to explore. Either Summerset Isle and Valenwood, Valenwood and Elsweyr, Elsweyr and Black Marsh, or Black Marsh and the rest of Morrowind. With Summerset and Valenwood, it could focus on sea travel more than any other ES game. Valenwood and Elsweyr could create a less civilization focused game, instead based on tribes and the cool environment. Valenwood and Elsweyr could have a main focus on the Black Marsh's expansion into other territories. Finally Elsweyr and Morrowind would be all about fighting off the Akiviri invasion. It wouldn't really make sense for the game to take place on Akavir because Tamriel wouldn't invade Akavir, Akavir would invade Tamriel. Of all these, my two favorite are Summerset and Valenwood, because of the potential for sea travel, and Black Marsh and Morrowind, because I really want to see the Akavir.

I think that another Daedric realm would be good. If we were to start in one, and then find our way into Nirn by mistake, that would be awesome.

I agree. I'd like to see the Summerset Isles/Valenwood and Black Marsh/Morrowind above all else. Hopefully Bethesda will put in a bit of extra time for that. The technology is there information storage-wise, it would just mean more jobs to do in the second stage of development.

Also, this thread is more TES General than lore, in my opinion. Not urgent though.

I want Tes:VI to be in Summerset Isles. It appears as if it the most magical of all the provices of Cyrodiil so they could really create a High-Fantasy setting, like a mixture between Mania and the Telvanni controlled regions of Morrowind. I would also love to see the Alinor(which is supposed to be the most beautiful of all Cyrodiils cities).

If not then Elsweyr sounds interesting. I really don't like the idea of Black Marsh however. I can't help but think it would end up like Dementia, which I really did not like. Although the Hist could certainly be interesting to learn about.

I suspect after the events of Oblivion & Skyrim, the continent would be weak and vulnerable enough for Akavir to invade again!

So I hope for a defense of Tamriel or possibly and invasion of Akavir if things got better after TES:V.

It would be so awesome if it were set in Akavir! Like this, you are a low level legionary on a boat set for the preemptive invasion of Akavir. Destroy them or be destroyed. With large scale battles, more like the defense of Bruma. And seeing the new races will really freshen things up. There is so much new to work with there. You could be captured by the Akavir forces and have to fight out of enemy territory. It would have Dragons, snake people, tiger people, and monkey people! And Giant frost demons in one area! A whole new and exciting world to conquer!

Go reread "The Mysterious Akavir" and " Report: Disaster at Lonith". Might change your mind about the next setting. While were on the subject of books, "A Dance in Fire" makes Valenwood sound awesome as well.

I choose Valenwood, I do not know a whole lot of the lore yet but I would love to see some crazy stuff done in valenwood. However elves as a whole seem to be in anything fantisy based so maybe it would be better not to base one of their number elder scroll games on this area.
