I had a mild scare there where Firefox stopped working and I was forced to use Chrome to not have to use IE.

But it's all fixed now.

I don't mean to break everyone's fun, but yeah, I think it's another commercial thing, another day to tell rich CEOs how much we love them. I'd rather celebrate a relationship's anniversary. I guess I'm a relatively cynic and highly negative [&@%!]. You can all throw tomatoes at me if you want.

You can celebrate both... What I always find funny is that, out of the guys i know personally, the ones who claim Valentine's to be a load of commercial rubbish don't really make romantic gestures (commercial or otherwise) on other occasions either.

Anyhow, Valentine's Day is as commercial as you make it. My homemade special meal and lack of gifts can hardly be considered to line the chocolate companies' pockets (well, any more than I do on a regular basis anyways).

My ice cream is in the freezer, the pastry for the quiche is ready, and I really, really need to take a nap.

Well, I guess it's kind of like any other special occasion, except it's easier to not get into heavy consumerism. In a perfect world, there'd be no Christmas for me. Personally, I think I'd make romantic gestures from time to time regardless on my views on Valentine's day.
