Okay so I was looking around this site and I saw in the unobtainable items clothing that I saw and have. The steel plate armor and college clothes. I got the college clothes form Radiant Raiment. I forgot where I have seen the steel plate armor but I know I have seen it before.

Re: Clothes
Hi
Some of the items on that page are special versions of equipment (eg used / worn by an NPC) where the player cannot ordinarily loot or use that specific version but they can loot and use the normal version. It's the ID number, not just the name, that you need to take a look at - you should find all the ID numbers on that page are different from the usual stuff that you can pick up and use.
The normal Steel Plate Armor that you can find and use in the game has an ID of 0001395c.
The Steel Plate Armor on that page is 0010b2fd. That's the version worn by the Headless Horseman and cannot be acquired normally.
It's the same for a lot of things on that page: they might look and sound the same as the items you can pick up but they're actually not - and you can tell that because the ID is different.

Apathy is on the rise, but no-one cares.
