I need to make a website, simple enough. I have a guy who's done all this, all we need is some decent software. He used to work with Serif WebPlus, but that's £90, so does anyone know any cheaper software to use, that's actually usable?
Edit: Budget is around £90 also, we could buy serif, but that leaves little margin for error.

Re: Website creating software
If you can afford the cost of a legitimate webserver, then I recommend Joomla entirely. It's extremely versatile and very user friendly.
I DON'T recommend WordPress. It's just plain and simple awful.
