Old Gods/Forsworn matching set

If I wear the Old Gods helmet, boots, and gauntlets with a custom enchanted Forsworn cuirass. Would I still get the matching set bonus?

yes, because the old god armour shares the ForswornArmour ID in the editor (and the OG armour doesn't give a bonus itself like Deathbrand does for example)

No, you won't. It's the perk that checks for the ArmorMaterial IDs. Unfortunately, it doesn't check for the Forsworn one - Forsworn doesn't even have an armor material assigned to it. I wrote a mod a few years ago, which fixes that. However, due to how this check is implemented, there are some issues with that. A proper way to implement that check would be to assign the armor its own material ID, something like ArmorMaterialForsworn, then edit the perk to check for this ID. However, that would make it incompatible with every mod that also edits this perk - like the Unofficial Skyrim Patch, because there are numerous armor sets, which don't benefit from the Matching Set perk. So my final solution was to assign it the same ArmorMaterial ID as the leather set - it does have the same stats and value, after all. But the issue with that is that you would also benefit from the Matching Set perk if you mix Forsworn armor with Leather armor.

P.S.: Just noticed the part about the Old Gods armor. My mod didn't touch that one, so mixing those two armors won't work, unfortunately.
