New Xbox - Can't access add-ons on a local profile?

My husband and I got a new Xbox and transferred all our games to it. His profile is the Xbox live account, my profile is just a local profile used for games like Skyrim. I've never had a problem with this before. Today, when I went to play my character for the first time on the new Xbox, it gave me an error message that my save game file contains add-ons that aren't available. On the game load screen, I went down to add-ons and sure in enough it said no add-ons installed.

I switched to my husbands live account and re-downloaded the add-ons. (We have all expansions packs) I signed onto Skyrim with his profile, clicked on add-ons on the load screen, and saw all 3 expansions. I switched over to my profile, no-add ons found. I even exited skyrim, still on my account, went to xbox settings for skyrim and saw all 3 expansion packs downloaded. Yet I can't play them when I open my account.

What the frak. Help?

You need to transfer the licences over for the DLC, but unfortunately I've forgotten how to do that...

You also want to invest in the extra memory that costs over $100 bucks and if you havn't already use the wire for transfer saves or just start anew. I don't like how the new xbox has a different system set up than the old one as you cant use the old style hardrives or memory cards.
