Walked into the Bishop casino in New Reno after becoming a made man for the Mordinos ... bouncers had tommyguns and my followers decided to use the weapons from their inventory that they wanted instead of what I told them to use. The bartender and gangsters littering the casino floor didn't help either (Fallout 2)

Had half a (very, very big - like [&@%!] huge) mountain gutted - save for the dirt shell - on my new Hardcore world on Minecraft. Equated to about 13 large chests full of cobblestone (including what was spent on tools or converted to stone)

Yeah... [&@%!] you creeper. Thanks for crushing my whimsical dream to gut an entire biome.

On the other hand, if I start again with the same seed, at least I know not to gut that mountain first, found like one full stack of coal in it.

Got cornered by goblin archers, and was made into a more holey rogue.

Jokes on them, reloaded my save and kited them around some TNT barrels, blew those little [&@%!] up is what I did. Arrows won't do you good now!

Scouring a bandit cave in Skyrim, I ran into one large chamber with about 4 warriors in it. My suicidal follower charges in and my pure-mage wasn't quite fast enough with the Frenzy and Summoning spells.

I haven't been seriously gaming for a while now. The last few times I died was falling or being killed by a skeleton in minecraft.
