It's unique landscapes. It changes some of the areas in the wilderness and makes them cooler.

I have several mods installed, but like Zzfallens correctly stated, in this case we can see the landscape modified by the Unique Landscapes mod.

The mods you see in the pics are:
DarNifiedUI- Overhauls the entire user interface.
Basic Primary Needs- makes it so you have to eat, drink and sleep. (highly recommended)
Oblivion XP- simply an awesome mod.
Rosemaris Shield on back- Puts the shield on back instead of the left arm.
Real Swords- adds a ton of awesome swords to the game.
Personality Idles- you can see this one in action in the "relaxing before the big fight" pic
Platinum Armor- basically Mithril and Amelion armor packaged into a heavy armor variant.

Yeah it's basically the same thing as FNV hardcore. It kind of forces you to plan out you're trips. Not great for fast traveling though.

Man, you're so lucky being able to run on such high settings. The grass in the last pic looks amazing. I've been forced to use low-poly grass :cry:
