Morrowind is a great game, but have some bugs, as you know already .

I solved some of these bugs, but:

Caius Cosades send me for mission in Vivec Informants and I solved this already. But I cannot go far in game, because Caius wont give me next mission Zainsubani Informant.
I use console command Journal A1_V_VivecInformants 55 and this write to my Journal complet this task but Caius still saying:

"I have your report, and I'll make copies of your notes from Huleeya and the 'Progress of Truth.' Give me time to read and digest all this. In the meantime, I'm promoting you to Journeyman. You're doing good work. And here are 200 drakes. Go out and treat yourself to a new pair of shoes. And go do some jobs for the guilds, or other freelance work, just to keep your cover story current. Or get some training. Then, when you're fit and rested, come back, and I'll have new orders for you."

Then I use console to create Zainsubani Informant mission, creating Hassour Zainsubani a take his notes for Caius Cosades, but Caius didnt responding and still saying:

I hate this translated version. Its a bug of translators. Damn [&@%!]!!!

I don't not know what causes this, are you 100% certain you've got all the necessary informations for all three informants?

Also, I really do not like adding journal entries via the Console Commands, it always messes up something at some point.

I remember when I was younger, when I would die, I would 'Resurrect' myself with the CC and it took me a while to realize that resurrecting yourself via CC removes all of your Passives.

Unfortunately, I would suggest starting a new game or reloading.

Yes, once you get the console involved, there's a good chance it's broken. If you don't have a convenient save, your run might be done, unless you want to kill Vivec and do the backdoor path.
