I played Morrowind a long time, but I haven't got enough screenshoots on steam to feel like it. I created new character to visit some places and take "photos" of it. Scince I didn't want to waste time going to these places I was using "coc" console command to go to them.

And here PROABLY is the problem...

Long time after taking "screens" I returned to play some more, and of course... world map has glitched out :| ...
For some reason world map (no local map, it affects only world map) is awfully zoomed and it is hard to look at it, but this is smallest issue. The true problem is that it do not want to show my true location. The "you" marking still knows what direction you are facing, but it is in wrong position (When I was in my Telvanni stronghold it displayed Khuul :wat: , and where I was on other character in Hlaalu stronghold it disphayed me somewhere in the sea :wat: :wat: ). I was using "Less pixelizated map" function from MCP, but even after uninstalling all Code Patch changes and diseabling all mods bug still is in game no matter where you are, what character you are using, or how old the save is (it has affected previous saves somehow :S ) it do not want to leave you.

So as you see I tried to get rid of that bug in every way I can, but it still is here. Maybe someone had it sometime and know how to get rid of it, but I don't think so... Whatever if someone will know what files it corrupted and what mod could overwrite them i will try to use the map by using mod. So finally if someone knows fix/files/mod for that, I will be in your debt.
:sweetroll: Sweetroll of appreciation ®

Do (did) you have Tamriel Rebuilt installed as one of your mods and if so, were you using the 2X expanded map option in MCP? If so, that could be the source of your problem. From the MCP:

Morrowind Code Patch wrote:
Warning: The game was not designed for scalable maps, so you cannot return an expanded map to its original state if you turn this option off. If you turn this option off and load a game that had it enabled, the world map will no longer display correctly. Your options are re-enable the map expansion, or load a backup save.

Note that this is from MCP 2.2 and I haven't kept up with any subsequent releases, so I can't speak to any changes that may have occurred in the meantime. However, this does sound very much like the problem you are experiencing. I don't know if this will help you, but it's all I could think of on short notice.

No, I didn't use Tamriel Rebuilt and as I said I arleady tried to diseable all MCP patches. I can't even find that option you are talking about, only thing I changed was pixelized map or something, but I cant remember adding expanded map to the game. Finally the bug affected my game long after installing any mods, or changing game files. It just happened and only weird thing I was doing was using teleport command.
