Status: Trying to mod oblivion. Slowly but surely....
UESPoints: 0
Been like a year since I've been on. Loved the game.

From what I remember I had minion installed with all my mods on there, what do I do about that now? Just autoupdate? Anything to be aware of?

Should be fine--try and see? There may be some mods that have been abandoned by the author, though.
