Still trying to wrap my head around some changes... Trying to figure out if something ELSE is responsible for the change in performance of one of my character builds. No overcharge and the swap of some skills to scaling off weapon dmg instead of spell power didn't seem like it would be all that much of an improvement for my nightblade. But something VERY different happened.

What kind of results are you seeing?

Basically, I had this Nightblade build I liked at launch and stuck with till vet levels. It could mop of standard foes no problem, but anything with a bit more hp was going to survive the initial burst from sneaking and just pummel me to death. Trolls, quest bosses (strongs i guess? one set of tabs on their health bar) were the bench mark I was gauging against. I had to step lightly around them or have long drawn out fights hugging pillars or abusing pathing issues to put a few more hits in while trying to get some hp regen ticks.

After the patch. My blade slices trolls like well, the hot knife and butter comes to mind. No real changes in my method beyond the new grim focus (but honestly I had other ways to make up an 8% dmg boost like with immovable brute and medium armor not having bonus dmg way back when). So I might be missing some other updates on stuff and things to really understand what's happened. I notice medium armor's passive for wearing 5 or more pieces is now a decent dmg boost (6/12%), so I might need to look at other things that may have changed... or maybe I never fully understood how much overcharge was sapping my stats

Stamina builds have gotten buffed several patches in a row now, and on nightblades, it's extremely strong. I hope you enjoy your newfound power :D
