Sorry. I don't know how I got that confused with an absolutism. What I would plan on happening is that the people in the rp are the group of dictatros who rule over the world, and different scenarios pop up and the players need to vote and agree on them. Some players would have extra votes in areas, becuase each player would be assigned a speciately. There will be revolts, economic problems, laws to be created, and trials to be given. Maybe the riots would turn into their own country and start a war, or even with another planet... Anything could lead to anything. So... would anyone be interested? Or on...
