I say we take some time to plan the next Molag Bal carefully before it actually happens. The protector for instance, isn't necessarily a bad element, the main issue this time was the business before hand and the talking about the game while it was still going.

I have the idea of making a rp that is in a thousand years from now, apocolypse typish. But you find a civilization and you are initiated. The land is getting spooky. Things are going wrong in the refugee, and it is from the outside. You are declared 'a crater champion' and you are set off to deal with it. It sounds better in the story. I have it all ready. Does anyone think they would join it if I put it out. Here is the story under the spoiler.

Spoiler:
The year is 3645, in North Dakota. In the middle of this state, an atomic nuke hit in the year 3500. Another hit again in 3550, then another in 3600. This resulted in more nukes going off in all countries of the world. Little human life exists, but there is more than is known.

In the crater created by the nukes that hit North Dakota, is a civilization. No one knows about this because it is so deep people fall to their deaths trying to get into it. The people who live in there now are called Champions because they went through series of tests to initiate them as a Champion. They got there by using electrical devises called Cratators which transport them there.

This year all electrical devices are not working. There is no gas, fuel or ways to transfer energy. This is what human kind thought. You found some of the last bit of oil on Earth to power the Cratators once more. You travel down, looking for a civilization, and are forced to be initiated.

Captain Misep comes to you and puts you into handcuffs and a straight jacket. He is reinforced by his guards Joe and Moe, two clones. You are stripped of all possessions, and you are thrown into a solitary cell. For three days you are only given six cups of water a day for one month, no food.
You are then taken out of the cell, barely alive and are fed with a great amount of food and drink. You are sent to a different solitary cell with a comfortable bed. You are told seven people have died in this first initiation step. You then sleep for the night and you are given real food and drink for one month. You have been told there have been one suicide, and one heart attack.

For the next month, you are beaten every hour, twenty-four hours a day with a hammer. You are told twenty-two people have died from injuries, and there were seven suicides. For the next two months, you are kept in solitary confinement. You are told there has been one suicide.

For the next seven months you are taken out of solitary confinement once a week. You fight against strange mutated creatures of great sizes and mutations. Depending on the fight, you are either given a: sword, bow and arrows, dagger, or no weapons. You are told there have been ten deaths. For the next month, the same thing happens, but you are set up against other solitary prisoners. Refusal to fight will result in execution of both.

It has been one year, and there are five people left. You five are being sent to a room, the room is dark, pitch black. You hear a voice, a deep bellowing voice over a speaker says, “Congratulations, victors, you have passed one year of initiation. There is one more thing you need to do. “Goodbye, you be getting a letter in your mail box.” Was the last thing you heard before a gas filled into the room. You wake up in your house, looking out the window; you see a luxurious land, of grass, and trees and straw shacks. You see food, people and a civilization, a world, you are alive.

Maybe when BftE cools down, or (Thunder Valley is so not active now, what the heck's going on, I'm standing in my room with ArgonianDunmer "visiting" me), we can have one. In my opinion, TES roleplays are more fun than other ones.

Yes, this is a bit early for an announcement, but what the hey. It will begin in Febuary.

My RP is set 500 years after the downfall of Sauron.
The Reunified Kingdom has grown rich, and lazy. Prosperity is universal, from Annumínas to Umbar. In the Shire, life continues as it has for millennia. But and uneasiness grows. A darkness plagues Eriador, hushed whispers of a happily forgotten shadow pervade Rhovanion. Just as Sauron, the lieutenant of Morgoth, escaped the War of Wrath, the Nine survived the fall of Sauron. Their souls remain bound to the rings of power, but they are free of Sauron's rule. As Sauron took up the mantle of evil from Morgoth, the Witch King has taken it from the vanquished Sauron.

This RP will include the journey of the New Fellowship across middle earth, to destroy the Nine before they gather forces comparable to those of Sauron of old.
