Yarrow Run:
June would be interested in a nightclub, that is more her scene and she is 18. Although she is still 3 years off drinking age in America because America is weird. And she doesn't know people in town over 21 who can buy booze for her.

Hmm, could be worth getting a fake I.D. Assuming there's bold people in town who make fake I.Ds in the town. I mean she's gonna have to meet a weed dealer anyway.

Fallout:

Sorry to be pedantic but that wouldn't be a coup. A coup is when leadership is overthrown and replaced by the military or other elites in that same society.

Cassandra just made me realise that I'm the second youngest consistently active poster on this board. I no longer feel old.


I was going to suggest that she could just go fishing outside the local off licence but I have a feeling the population of Yarrow Falls is probably about 100 so it mightn't be possible either.

For non-Irish/British: (Fishing (adj): Standing outside an off-licence and asking strangers [who look sort of scummy] to buy your alcohol.)

GWN: Then, a hostile takeover by a foreign power/annexation?

YR: The population is actually 20.000 and there's the equivalent of Leo Johnson running around, except he's not a lunatic. Kerr will know what that means.

TA2: (After reading posts) Oye! Why is Nora being lumped in? She's the one who told Grelok and Katlina to stay ashore, and for good reason

Do you honestly think she just went down there over some l, misguided competition or desire for heroism? (Hell, it would of been nice to have that boat to dive off of and use, instead of swimming the whole lot!!)

TA2: In Niralie's defence she's not aware of on what grounds people entered the water - just that people entered it.

'Rush of air' is what I imagine a fast punch would sound like, sort of like 'clasp!' when it actually makes contact

Yes, she's taking a swing, just like with Katlina, but it hasn't landed yet, that way Beloth can react(or take the punch)

I guess we'll see. Scott's power is kind of terrifying though, like if June ever finds out he can do that'd she'd be constantly worried that he was influencing her mind. Does she want to give him the bottle of booze he asked for because it's a nice thing to do or because he's making her do it?

His power doesn't work all the time - it depends who he's trying to charm and what's he's trying to charm them to do.

YR: Since you guys are talking about finding out about each other's powers and stuff, here's a note: asking at length about them when it's not relevant is kind of like aggressively asking someone about the colour of their underwear. It's not immediate social suicide, but you better learn to have a bit of tact. It'll come up and be explained early on anyway, but I figured I should mention it ahead of time.

And, since I have the time to write a little bit, I've got another disclaimer: partying, drugs, and self-destruction in general aren't going to be glamorized by me or anything, in case anyone's worried about that.
