Fallout: Yeah, I'll be making a GM post either tomorrow or Tuesday.

BL: It works in your favour that nosy merchants are probably the most benevolent target to practice your stealth skills on.

Though, if you guys want to just skip ahead to when she comes back, just say so.

BL: Phillip, do you understand now why Arya doesn't drink? Do ya? Huh? (Not that anybody else doesn't already think she's deep in the bottle already) But no, seriously.. Could you imagine? A drunken Arya?

Black Legion: I always thought of Sujamma being like Absinthe.

Fallout: You know I think Rick showing up is probably the worst thing to happen to the crew of that Chinese sub since the Great War. He killed two scouts, spread New Plague, kickstarted a civil war that put Ming Xiao in a coma, killed Tong & a number of his supporters, took the Black Cats from being sleepers to a more active force who've already all but ousted the US military. Now if this'll be good for the majority of the people at the camp, we'll just have to wait and see. But for the more militant among them (so Tong supporters) it's pretty bad.

BL: That's what I thought too, hence the watering down. Absinthe is vile, by the way.

BL: I'm cool with it being absinthe-Y either: I might just edit down the serving sizes in that case.

(I always liked Absinth).

Fallout: That's a lot of excitement for one RP.

Fallout: Nah, it ain't enough until someone sets off a nuke. Fun fact: Fallout 1,2,3 and NV all had nukes that the player set off. Either optionally or part of the biggest [&@%!] yous to the main antagonist. Oh and a massive case of brown pants if one tries to disarm with a low skill.

GWN: Rick and I were pretty sure he'd just flee at the end, but in all the chaos he's created...owning up to his actions may just help galvanize the people of Elk Lake. And y'can't run forever.

GWN: For War. War Never Changes.

Fallout: This is the reason I love being a GM so much, you don't know what's going to happen and can be really pleasantly surprised by what the players do. I foresaw a few possible outcomes to this scenario, lots of which involved Chris Xiao or the Black Cats and people getting shot. But I didn't think this would happen.


And he could be found non-guilty. He does have a pretty good case to argue and I'm sure there's people who'd speak in his defense. Never mind having Chris putting on his best Phoenix Wright cosplay and acting as his lawyer.

GWN: For the rights to all salvage, power armour and settlement, my new PC can be Rick's lawyer. Disclaimer: Will not be held liable if any court convicts client because of no formal legal education.

GWN: Mmm, it isn't as if Rick is doing it 100% out of a sense of virtue. Seemed his best chance to survive this encounter, and a part of him is considering just taking off after the final battle (which he won't). And really, anything can happen between now and endgame--again, he may just end up dying in the crossfire at some point. But I figured he needs to answer for some things.

And honestly, he needs answers. His moral compass is in need of a hard reset. He's not sure just how right and/or wrong he is. He's pretty sure he isn't a COMPLETE monster (only by the standard that...well, he doesn't totally indiscriminately butcher people), but beyond that, he isn't really certain where he fits anymore, what he's doing, or why.

YR: @Cass oh, you'll fit right in, don't worry. We've all been doing this for an embarassingly long time and speaking at least for myself, grown stagnant. It sounds like I'm saying the exact opposite, but what I mean is there's no pressure at all. You'll do great. I'm super excited that my comeback is going to feature a newcomer.

But really, it's cos UESP is the coolest forum on the internet, of course.

We just flock together naturally. Also we yell at mean people.

YR: How common are powers? Like, would people gasp in shock in finding out, or would they be familiar with it being a thing?

TA2: My last final is tomorrow at 8 AM. I'm going to get back into the reins. I apologize for being gone for so long, school was just... so hard. :c

Also keep an eye on a post in Future RPs from me. I haven't learned my lesson and I plan on starting something new, yet old at the same time. Something very, very different. Be on the lookout!

YR: they'd probably straight up not believe you. Not very common at all.

Holy [&@%!] [&@%!], remember when I first started RPing? Remember how convoluted sometimes I was?(Never speak of Caius again, never) And a time when, somehow, my bios and character sheets were actually longer? (Or maybe I just got better at organizing the flow and making it easier to digest ) And heavens.. I still feel like it takes an eternity to submit even a draft for a sheet(I only have myself to blame there)

But like.. Seriously. To this day I still feel so subconscious about my RP skills. (Someday, senpai sama.. I will appease you *Touches a shrine devoted to Kerr*)

I've just discovered I've been roleplaying for two years.
It sure seems longer since Eolwyn sat waiting outside that cold cave.

I've been roleplaying here for give or take three or five years. If we're counting how long we've been doing that activity in general, it's been about ten years for me.

Aww, we're all delighted to have you. RPGs are possibly my favorite hobby, they're really fun and it's always great when new people get involved. I was super imitated when I got started too, the RP subforum back then was almost entirely people who don't post here anymore who'd been doing it a while... and Mars. It would have been when I was 16.

And look at me now, 5 years into somehow convincing people that I'm a good GM.
