I have to wait and see on who I like together in the group; all in due time and stuff. Grelok with either Eolwyn and Nora is cute but they need more time to work together and stuff.

@TSD: Katlina can always just walk to wherever she wants to go; Blacksmith/getting to the Flagon, or wherever else in Riften. There's a Temple of Mara, a bookstore, etc etc if she doesn't want to meet the guild. If you have her look for something, I can say if it's there or not.

TA2: I still am puzzled by Zundeels neutrality(i.e true neutral), especially since he seems to have a clear view of morals(i.e refusal to commit illegal acts with the Guild). If anything, he's calm and collective in tetms of emotion.. and self serving in agenda

So I wouldnt go n ship him with those fellas... maybe a cold blooded crab.. but not those fellas

TA2: May I just comment on the situation for the Cave group I do however like this dynamic between SIS and Nammu. The cowardly snake of the RP seeking guidance from the most honest source.. I wonder if Khazi will ever do the same even if it is purely for self preservation

TA2: For the past several months, I've only been following the cave group. Finally (almost) caught up with the Windhelm group this weekend, and, damn, you folks have been slicing and dicing!



Mine are minor, I hope. But getting that SIS dialogue right is hard. Trying to avoid past and future tense, as well as big words, is a pain in the ass. And I'm trying to keep the ess sounds to a minimum, believe it or not.

In plain English, by the way, SIS' dad got swamp witches to use Calm and Frenzy to control his anxiety and get him to train. SIS developed something of a tolerance for the witches' spells, and now feels dependent on them if he is to fight at all. They're sort of like his Popeye spinach. But I imagine how well this may work out in practice would depend on the skills of the caster involved, and how the dice roll. Maybe it works out. Or, maybe SIS falls asleep with Calm, or maybe he goes crazy and attacks everyone with Frenzy?

Anyway, I haven't run this by Rook or Union. I hope this is all right; I don't want to get god-moddy. Maybe they have a different idea how Frenzy and Calm should work. But this might make for an interesting scenario and/or get people killed. We'll see?

Sorry for the wait by the way, guys. I've been at a Fraternity workshop for the past 3 days. I'll be back in a few hours and will get on it at some point.

Also I cant speak for the DMs, but generally self restraints n derps(i.e debuffs) tend to be favorably permitted over.. well.. buffs or OPness. For a fleeting character, it makes sense why they might need some encouragement or willpower. Its no different than Nammu being more frail than your average mage.. bc reasons

TA2: Indeed. And just to clarify, a better metaphor might be a alcohol dependency or something like that. The ideal application of the spells wouldn't make SIS unstoppable like Pop-eye's spinach does for him; I didn't mean to imply that. It would just be something SIS feels dependent on to function at all.

I'm more than willing to retcon as needed if Rook takes exception.

TA2: I always just thought the spinach was his excuse to his real potential, much like how Link can defy carry weight but suddenly gets burdened when he puts on some iron boots

I should also add that I'm closing up my side of the RP for any new characters for the moment. The number of players we have on my side is quite manageable and I'd like to keep it that way.

Also, purely random.. but could you imagine Maurzol being reborn not as a bulky orc or powerful beast... but a fluffy lil bunny. "Gggrrrr, I will naw out your throat if you do not unhand me, ya welp!" :'3 its so.. fluffy

TA2: Maybe, he will be reborn as the rabbitborn and he doesn't know it. Also, kinda lost with Kat. May just dump her in the temple until whatever Grelok and Co is doing is done. Hmm, two characters, both potentially have their player unsure of what to do.
