TA2: I'm certainly glad people enjoy Grelok I wasn't sure, initially, where I was going with him, but I'm having fun playing him.

...Think that's the talkiest he's been, as of yet!

TA2: She's an excellent foil to the other player characters who are more along the lines of 'meh, Daedric Lord, Thieves Guild, whatever'. That and her manner of speaking is well written, so kudos to you, Beta. I'm a sucker for good writing.

TA2: Again updated the TVT page, this time adding quotes from each Threads of Fate PC and also adding some NPCs to the character tab.

TA2: Love the updates to the TV Tropes pages, Union! I'll see if I can update the synopsis before I fall asleep. I think divide "Act 2" into "Act 2 - Pre-split", and then give each side of the story its own Act 2 folder for after that now that they're really not running in tandem anymore.
Now that the Characters page is getting so long, I think it should be divided into separate subpages. Basically what the current folders are - Current Cast, Major PCs (dead/inactive), Minor PCs (dead/inactive), and add an NPCs page (should current ones go here or no?) - and then we can divide them into folders, for instance by act, on their respective pages. Figured I'd get your opinion before I actually do it though.

TA2: That sounds good to me. You're the expert here, I'm just making wild edits hoping that you fix my myriad mistakes. <3

But yeah, as far as the TVT page goes, I'm largely pretty okay with you doing whatever you think is necessary. I'm not exactly the most organized person.

Also, this is to everyone in the RP, we should probably come up with permanent names for the two sides of the story. So far we've been more or less naming them based on their location, or the DM, but those both have changed multiple times, lol. That will probably make it easier to keep things consistent on the TV Tropes page. So far on the synopsis page I've just referred to them as the "lifeboat group" and "raft group" since I split their folders at the point the stories diverged, and that was the best way to identify them at the point where they split.

TA2: I've taken to calling my side the 'Threads of Fate' arc. I don't know if Rook has any sort of similar name for his side of things at the moment.

Ta2: I think Rooks side is the "Kelessa snaps" arc

TA2: Its still pretty early to say for certain.. But seeing as the cave/raft group's objective this arc is centered around a dwemer ruin/unknown treasure and our encounter with the Falmer >_> I could toss out a few names like The Dark Depths or City of the Forgotten?

KT: It would have been funny if after all your posts about your "friend" wanting to join it was Baloth who made a character. That you were actually telling the truth the whole time.

Fallout: You had to know Tong and Bo were going to come up eventually. Although only half the party knows what happened to them.

Thought you should know, there's no Diesel post today. But the next time I make a Diesel post (whenever that is) it will be a time skip.

TA2: Knew i should have gone back in time and create Darkscale for the windhelm ark.

TA2: On the bright side, he gets to deal with Nammu <_< the only odd one out of the bunch in terms of morality

Speaking of, I ought to update his tropes. Any suggestions?

TA2: It's super hard to think of some because there's so many. My advice is to look at other pages for similar works of fiction that have similar characters, and copy paste tropes from there while putting in your own justification.

TA2: I refuse to involve myself with tropes as i suspect i would be biased and untrustworthy with that.

GWN: I swear, if Rick frames Ashley to make it easier for himself, I will give up on life, become a hermit and live in space.

I've actually ghosted thru some tropes in the past, notably those relating to certain characters. The problem is, theres just sooooo many tropes :/ Its more of a hassle than browsing the superpower wiki

I mean... for Nammu, what trope can really describe his death grip/no mercy on that dying falmer? At least morality/ personality tropes are easier to find >_> case in point, he's yet to tell a single lie nor wishes to

TA2: Vulcan grip? Ok, i should know this as i spend waaaaaay too much time on TV tropes. Whoever introduced me to them, i will find you and i will stare at you until you apologise for giving me an addiction. Also, trying not to cause trouble but thieves and Kat kinda don't go together. Wonder when Rook will address the other group? Curious.

DAR: Pointless me posting if it's me that Union is waiting for. Literally can't think of anything apart from one line and i hate posting one liners. Union, PM me if Mira is dead so i can add create a new character to my list of things to do. *sighs* Another dead [&@%!] character.

Dude, I'm sorry to be so brusque here, but come on. It was old 500 GRDT pages ago and it's old now. Rick is doing what he thinks is right, and as far as he's concerned, the Americans are warmongers (he was there for the annexation after all) who are simply not the best choice for peace.

Doing this whole victom complex with each of your characters at Rick's expense is making me (and others likely) just want to write them off immediately. Every time some tense moment comes up it's always "welp time to make a new character when Rick does something" and it's just so very, very old.

If you spent half as much time considering your characters' actions as you did theorizing possible situations for them to get mauled in, this wouldn't be coming up nearly as much.

Why would you want to ruin the tension by saying hours before your post that the character's dead? Besides, GMs typically don't kill PCs in a single post unless there's a very pertinent reason for it like an explosion or what have you.

DAR: PVP, combat and the general death rate of my PCs are negative. That said, i am in a bit of a down mood at the moment. don't know why but negative is my slogan at the mo. That and dice hate me.

DAR: The dice have not been cast yet and no one's fate has been decided.

DAR: Odds are against me and well, it ain't a streak unless it's 5 in a row.
