GWN: Hence why i have a.... plan. Operation............Tiger.......Mug........Phone! What? It is a serious plan. I know what i'm doing unlikes the last 3 times and no, it does not involve burning the world. this time.


TA2: Thus Kat became a part of the group. She was later found dead after an argument with Niralie because she was a Dovah character thus her time was limited anyway. Ah, That dovah, a bit of a [&@%!] roleplayer of late.

D&D: You got lucky, this time Aarah.

GWN: Cards more or less on the table! Minus the fact that they are vault dwellers, wot saved us. Don't need to tell em everything.

GWN: I am curious to see what Rick plans for Ashley will be once he has gotten a puppet in place on the American side.I do wonder if he has a mild understanding of her being paranoid because of the revelation of the lack of tongue. Also, i couldn't think of a realistic tongue injury thus kinda winging it. I'm no medical expert and well, i rather not look at those types of images. But i think, i've done well.

TA2: Give me or Rook a holler. The story is split in two and my side just finished up a story arc, so new characters would be easy to throw in when the characters on my side reach a new location.

Speaking of which, folks, I assume we're all in agreement on where we're going? I'll make a DM post either tonight or tomorrow to spur us onwards one way or another.

TA2: I sure hope no character ever becomes interested in Zudeel (or ANY of my characters) in any way but platonic good friends. The things I mean are romantic and sexual [&@%!]. The primary reason is that I as a player find both subjects horrendously boring, pointless, creepy, and more. I do not understand the mentality associated with either. Plus, as I consider myself an aromatic asexual, it's even more offputting to me. To me, it's natural NOT to want either. So basically ALL of my characters (even NPCs) are either aro aces or uninterested. It's what makes sense to me and what I understand. And if I have to have some NPCs be in a relationship, expect it either to be [&@%!] or a glorified close friendship. There's no motivation to RP something that I don't get and bores me.

And also, I hope to post later tonight. Emphasis on "hope".

TA2: Little presumptuous there, aren't we?

TA2: Uhh...? Allllright, that might have been better saved for an "if/when" scenario, but, good to know. I don't think anyone was planning on romancing the lizard man we haven't seen or heard much. Don't think anyone would ever *impose* a romance scenario on another character, either. Cool, though. Good to know.

Romances aren't a given in any given RP. Some characters/players do 'em, some don't. It can add a bit of flavour to a story, but meh.

Let me go into more detail here, KF; the way we do things here (and I should hope others do on other RP forums y'all have been on) is that we keep romances, just like any other kind of interaction, as a two-way street. Both players must agree. Take Valentia and Dorian for example; I ensured to ask Rook for confirmation before I wrote in them sleeping together.

So rest assured that there won't be any such thing being forced on you. Like in real life however, if a character shows interest in Zudeel (which considering that 'stoic' and 'detached' aren't exactly on the list of sexy traits, I don't see happening anytime soon), it will be up to him to turn them down.

That being said, sorry you feel that way. Romantic relationships can be a great experience in RPs when it comes to writing stuff with another player, or just writing on your own in general. Playing characters detached from your own life experiences can be a fun bit of exploration, and I implore you to at least try it at some point. I still fondly playing Ash, and she was a heartless, manipulative [&@%!].

And of course, I understand that it might be offputting to you, but I hope that won't infringe on other players and their interactions.

TA2: I expect no-one to end up romancing Kat. And if i did, i would probably throw my hat at it being Nora. It is not the case. Romances tend to happen naturally for me in RPs. Also, no-one will fill in Kat about the quest? Just going to leave me guessing and not be useful apart from my looks, my skills and my stews. May need to think of the noodle incident that Nora was involved in.

TA2: What noodle incident Also while Nora may be playful, teasing, n all in all forward with her actions >_> If anything should be clear, dont place many expectations.. she's already proven to toy with those… She's a fox.. and a wild fire.. after all

Also I wouldn't be quick to toss her hat in the ring for a partner, it may just fly over their heads, cross the bridge, caught on sail, then make a trip around the world before a gust of wind sends it trailing to your face

TA2: In regards to what we can each hear when on horseback:

Are we going by - Only those who are talking to each other can hear each other? Or Everyone can hear everyone, unless whispering? Or maybe somethin else?

TA2: Since it's an open, unoccupied road, I'm assuming everyone is speaking loud enough to hear unless specifically written to be whispering or the like. Horse hooves make a lot of noise, so a bit of volume is required unless you're riding paralell.

WHY DOES THIS KEEP HAPPENING!?

Just saw this. Ya, there is certainly room in both groups. Both of which offer a diverse cast n objective

Union's seems to have the more colorful cast of characters, and currently on route to a more open adventure. What with the subplot with the Threads, and it's faster pace, it certainly is tempting. I mean with Grelok n Dorian, it's hard to pass up right?

Rook's as of now is at the early stages for some 'dungeon delving', so what comes next is a lil less clear to say the least. The cast is a lil smaller n slower paced, but I would be lying if I said they werent on par with Union's. What with TSO kill happy nature, ME's glorious take on a cowardly argonain, and a khajiit up to who knows what, it's all just a ticking time bomb

TA2: Darkscale is not kill happy. Kills happen when they must and if it happens to make a man happy then that man is content to be happy.

^Did you read TSO as TSD? I do that.

TA2: Kelessa isn't kill happy....

Don't worry, I gave Weasel the briefing! I dunno about my side of the story having a more wonky cast; that title DEFINITELY goes to Rook's side. Between Theodastyr's manner of speaking (which I adore) and Sees-in-Shade's... everything, they've definitely got more 'color' to them. I totally miss my character being able to interact with SIS. Love that guy.

Threads of Fate has more shades of grey, I find the characters there to be a little more subtle... in most cases, anyway. Either way, characters of all types are welcome on both sides! I do want to try and keep the groups apart though, seeing as there's some anachronism going on.

TA2: Don't sell your group short, Union We got 'Everybody Loves' Raymond Grelok, and of course the wonderful Niralie n cunning Eolwyn. I would say alot of this cast just gravitates the attention n admiration.. which make sense when youu look at who's playing them ^__^

Then again, both groups have their own lil noble [&@%!](i.e the [&@%!] kind, not the lineage sort). Though I will admit, Rook's side seems to have collected the more exotic, drastic, extreme, or unique sorts... Seriously tho, SIS, MVP of TA2, get on his level right?

TA2: I don't mean it as a short-sell at all. Colorful characters aren't automatically good characters, and grey-ish characters aren't automatically bad. In this case, all are good on both sides I should say.

SIS is great, yeah. As a DM I don't play favorites, but as a player, I have to say that Dorian, Grelok, Sees-in-Shade, and Nora have been my favorite characters to read thus far.
